That's for like people who think they can procreate with long elephant noses and feed the hungry with boogers. Which the mouse on the bottom represents the people and the cheese the food made of boogers being fed to all from the long nose of greatness. The long nose compensates for lack in the genitals dept hence why nose procreation is now a thing with them.
