    Apparently, you don't realize the word "allegation" is the subject of the sentence.

    An allegation is just that, regardless of the meat of the charge. Both are allegations. One does not carry weight or credibility over the other.

    If Franken's crap is nothing but allegations (only to the stupidly blind who can't see the picture), so is Moore's.

    DOH!

    Now...your mission for today is to diagram your own sentence. Remember, ALLEGATION is the subject. Now off ya go!

    Sexual assault is any type of sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the explicit consent of the recipient. Falling under the definition of sexual assault are sexual activities as forced sexual intercourse, forcible sodomy, child molestation, incest, fondling, and attempted rape.

    Well, it's not really faked news by the USNews site, but it was spun to make his admission sound worse than it is..... Today was the first time I read that particular report of the first accuser and apology.

    However, it's a major misrepresentation by this poster that 'admission of "completely inappropriate" actions' refers to any molesting allegations. The "completely inappropriate" Franken quote was in reference to the famous picture, which as we all should know is not evidence of molestation.... It's a shortcut by folks unable to distinguish hard facts from spin, which is a huge problem in this country (frankly on both sides sometimes)

    But thanks for the support... It's a hard time for RW'ers on here, having to defend Trump 24x7 and still try and stay on top of other issues..

    No its not. His act was sexual and that is what the law requires and she was asleep so she could not consent which again is what the law requires. The picture is the evidence.

    The only way you can deny it is denying the law which of course you usually do when you're caught.

    Try educating yourself on the law next time.
