    I am sure that there is a "lawyer" out there somewhere who will talk the families into that. The tort reform we need in this country is to stop anyone from collecting damages for any injuries sustained if those injuries where sustained during the commission of a crime. That should not be dependent upon conviction only by the fact that you were arrested .
