I don't appreciate germany especially because of the german arrogance, I appreciate the culture, but 90 % of the people are just annoying and are like the rest of Europe just living in the shadows of their former glory, but I'm still annoyed that germany fall in mistakes who could have easily been avoided by just looking at the neighbours.

Look...16 tons overweight...lack of papers. drivers way over their drive time...looks like big internal problems of this company. My guess is someone wanted it as cheap as possible and now the amount of tax money you have to spend explodes.

This cargo was heaed for transport back to USA and was planned to be shipped from Wilhelmshaven.

Now its locked at the parking lot and the ship already left. Which means your tax payers will pay two shiploads.

I was in the army, stationed in Germany, and my mos was 19K armor crewman M1A1 abrams. When we would put our tanks on rail or flatbed, all we did was drive the tank on. Chocking, blocking, tie downs were the responsibility of the railroad men or the truck drivers. In desert storm we hired Egyptian truck drivers to haul our tanks. f’n buckle up!!!

In Germany we have laws. Those laws state that cargo must be secured with blocks and other meassurements. No blocks means the cargo is not secured as ordered by law, which means the truck will go nowhere that way. It may be the case in your banana republic that laws are optional. Here they are a fact.

With Poland Germany can, but not with Russia. Too much land to cross, and too much mud. Besides, the Russians are suicidal. You can't win with that.

It's a civilian convoy hauling military equipment.
