    Some good news.
Man Facing Deportation From Kansas Gets Temporary Stay
An adjunct college chemistry instructor living in Kansas who faced imminent deportation to Bangladesh has been granted a temporary stay.
Hopefully ICE will get back to work protecting our borders from bad people and let the judge order a review of his immigration status without a fight.

Protecting the border is U.S. Customs and Border Protection is guarding the border along with the Patriot movements in the several border states I.C.E. has the responsibility of tracking down known fugitives from justice including those who overstay visas.
Apprehending murders and rapists is the responsibility of the local police departments of the several towns, villages and hamlets of the several states, the sheriff’s departments of the several counties of the several states, the several state police departments of the several states and the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States of [North] America. As to those people with families, they are well aware, so they know that they are here illegally so therefore they are criminals, and besides, if they are so concerned about their families, they can all go BACK from whence they came from for the same of family cohesion. So stop the madness, posting as though you are in some law enforcement capacity, and if you are, you surely have demonstrated that you are incapable and unwilling to perform your employment responsibilities, faithfully.

This gebonee from Bangaladesh did not come in through Mexico so the wall which Trumpwants us to pay for would not stop illegals such as him.

My guess is that this gebonee overstayed his visa. As I have said we need to increase patrols on th borders and hunt down those who overstay their visas.

So your solution because some illegal came from Bangladesh is to ignore the Southern Continental border of these United States of [North] America, which is preposterous. Do you know the amount of people who come from Bangladesh illegally? What about the amount of people who come here illegally from India? Now, juxtapose this with the amount that come through the Southern Continental border of these United States or [North] America.
    Let us use these numbers:

If the information is incorrect, take the issue up with wikipedia.

Did I say ignore the Southern Continental border of these United States of [North] America" NO I DID NOT say that. It is preposterous for you to accuse me of saying something that I did not say.

I was not claiming that illegals from non southern border sourses are more numerous but you seem to have gone berserk and are claiming falsely that was am. Read what I wrote.

The southern border does not need a physical wall over 100% of the length to secure it. Added patrols, border agents, razor wire fencing, drones , electronic listening devices, and maybe we need to consider armed drones is how to better secure that border.

You need to understand that the southern border is not the only access point for illegals. Of course a high volume came in that way. Those who come in via air and over-stay their visas are important to keep track of and prevent from staying here illegally.
Islamic illegals andIslamic terrorists will not come in through the southern border, they will fly in.

I did not in any way say that the southern border should be ignored so your going berserk flaming that is preposterous.

If you are protesting the deportation of the known criminals who have violated United States federal immigration, than YES YOU ARE through inference. If you do not live near the southern continental border of these United States of [North] America, than how can you positively state that a wall is not needed to secure said border? I do not live near the southern continental border of these United States of [North] America, so I go by what people who are near the southern continental border of these United States of [North] America state when it comes to building or constructing a border wall.

Why do you post such delusional crap and accuse me of protesting deportation of known criminals. You need to stop attributing things to me thatvI never said. That could be construed as posting lies about me.

It is my opinion that there are other more effective and and efficient ways to secure that border and I specific several of them. BTW there are people who live on the border who oppose a physical wall others

"Harold Rosenthal, to staffer to Senator Jacob Javits said in an interview on the topic of Jewish media control"The people are only stupid pigs that grunt and squeal at the chants we give them"

As long as people believe whatever they are told without requiring evidence, there will be deception.Illegals are protesting everywhere, meeting with politicians, meeting with community activists and ICE is nowhere to be found. The Jew media always has a sob story to play the masses, yet in a time that %95+ people have cell phones with video cameras there isn't any PROOF that ICE is arresting anyone. While people pull their video out to record anything nowadays, you believe these stories with no proof? Not a single ICE sweep caught on camera. There are propaganda photos...and that's it,these appease the right, while pissing off the left.

The guy should have complied with the law. Now he's made the situation worse by having kids etc..

He might be a professor but he didn't have the common sense to keep his visa etc.. in order. The law doesn't exempt people based on job status.

Golden rule, "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime". If he doesn't want to be deported, then why stop complying with the law? His doing, no one elses.

But just for once the fact that overstaying a visa is not a crime is in ICE's favor.
If there is no crime then there is no court appearance, no attorneys saying how wonderful he is and that he has adopted some abandoned puppies, no appeals, just simply tell him it's time to leave. There is no second choice.

I am well aware that there are people who live near the border who are not in favor of a wall, this is obvious. Now, as for you and others constantly inferring that other whom you and they disagree with are delusional, I do not complain about such because I know that it is non-applicable. The very fact of you wanting give such people a pathway to citizenship, is actually rewarding criminal behavior. In case you have forgotten, entering into the country without permission is in itself a crime. Be it only a misdemeanor, it is still a criminal offense. So by the very fact of you voicing support for illegals staying in these United States of [North] America, you are supporting criminal behavior. There was a reason why I posted what I did of 8 U.S.C. in regards to immigration. The reason was to show that it is an actual crime for those people to be in country, and ALL who protest the drive and move to deport them all, are in fact, supporting criminal behavior. Even if you overstay a temporary work visa, you are committing a crime. I suggest that you and others visit youtube.com and listen to what Acting Director Thomas Homan has to say about the entire issue, it is his job to know about immigration, and customs enforcement. This is Mr. Homan's official title: Executive Associate Director of ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations.

So you'd prosecute a 3 year old for snatching a candy bar off the rack at the grocery store? It's the law you know.
