Let's start with the if of Dems flipping the house. It's the biggest if ever. Progressives are so nutso right now they are going to take down moderate Dems with them.

Platform wise Dems have climate change and gun control. Climate change is only far left so good luck getting Independents or Latino votes on that. The gun run thanks to the incompetence of Sheriff Israel and those failed progressive liberal law enforcement policies in Broward County have logically removed guns as a tool as well to get votes

They have no platform to win independent or minority votes and may lose some moderate Dems

Thennn there is DACA and Tax Reform. Dems obstructed DACA flat out for votes in November. Nothing else explains it. Tax reform hugely popular with all Americans the Dems all of them obstructed. Pelosi still is and getting shouted down. Only the GOP can take credit for both.

Flip the house? Dems will be lucky to not lose seats, like alot. Progressives are alienating their moderate base and Independents and Latinos.
