I would suppose that Atorod Azizinamini as the FIU director of Accelerated Bridge Construction University Transportation Center was on that committee or had someone representing his recommendations on that committee and that his recommendation was made to the president who followed it.

I am only really accusing people in this case of one crime - involuntary manslaughter. I have other accusations to make in other cases which are not really of more than passing interest in this thread.
