Even better, the Actors that are in those movies are for the most part Anti Gun, yet from that is their income.

no, they are mostly very PRO-gun.

Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwartzeneger, for example

Most Hollywood celebrities have traditionally been Anti Gun, Sylvester Stallone, of Rambo fame shooting an M-60, very Anti Gun.

folks who are truly anti-gun don't star in countless movies where guns are used to disgustingly mow down hundreds of human beings.

Yet Hollywood since the early days made fortunes on death and violence, and traditionally Anti Gun as are the Acting guilds.

Did you miss Matt Damon, Jason Bourne, who wants to confiscate all guns? How much more anti-gun can you get?

The problem is not gun control. It is people control. Yet every reasonable effort to match guns with dangerous people (mentally ill, repeat violent offenders, even terrorists) has been vehemently opposed by the NRA. Efforts to make training mandatory are opposed by the NRA. Limiting guns will not stop most killings, but disarming certain people will make a big dent in the slaughter. But those things will "inconvenience' the majority of NRA members and supporters. They go on about RIGHTS, but never want to enforce RESPONSIBILITIES. I see the NRA (No Responsibilities Allowed) as being the biggest threat to my right to keep and bear arms RESPONSIBLY. All rights come with responsibilities attached. The NRA does not agree with that statement. Therefore, they, not the guns, are the real problem.

No one denies our right to self defense. But we can require that if you use a gun to do so, that you will have the training and skills to do so without killing innocent bystanders.

Blue on Blue rarely occurs in civilian shootings because the threat is different. LEO's have a much higher incidence of Blue on Blue. Fixed it for you.

This is precisely why we, the shooting public, need to get some laws on the books that will decrease the amount of gun violence. Background checks with no exceptions. Mandatory training and testing. Computer checks to match dangerous people to guns already in the general population. Even known terrorists can legally buy guns. That is NOT a good thing. If we don't start acting responsibly, then the frantic anti gun fanatics will pass laws that will not be to our liking. But we can't get these laws passed while the NRA so vigorously opposes even a tiny bit of inconvenience. NRA = No Responsibilities Allowed.

In my state for CCW you have the pass the same qualifier as the state police. You're not a gun owner and I don't believe a word you're saying.

Actually, most of these guys are not anti gun. They are pro gun-responsibility. They, like most citizens, want gun owners to behave responsibly. They don't want dangerous people to be able to buy and keep guns; mentally disabled, repeat violent offenders, spousal abusers, terrorists. The NRA thinks all those folks have the same "rights" as people who train, and have demonstrable shooting skills.

So your only defense for being an irresponsible gun nut is to claim I am a liar? That is so pathetic. I learned to shoot 55 years ago from a retired Marine, and an Oklahoma City cop. I shot expert in the Air Force. I have guns that are probably older than you. Sonny, you are crawling up the wrong tree accusing me of not being an expert. I will match you on any range, or in actual combat which I survived in Vietnam and Laos. What are your specifications. sonny boy?

No they don't, the left of which you are clearly one wants gun confiscation as their ultimate goal. Now you've brought up nebulous terms like demonstrable shooting skills. What does that mean? Someone who can do the El Presidente in less than 5 seconds? There's always a hurdle with you people. You're a poseur

Now I don't believe a word you're saying pops. But it does make a nice story over a few too many and a keyboard.

Facts PROVE that there is an NRA Gun Culture of Death and no amount of naysaying is going to alter those FACTS!
