You are free to disagree, but I saw nothing different with Wolf's monologue than on Celebrity Roast.

Uh, no. The example I used, if you want to go back and check, was about the woman being killed on the airplane.

That wasn't really funny either.

The Fox thing was kinda funny about covering your drink.

 

There was no mention of the woman. It was about the Trump administration coming apart like a Southwest jet engine.

 

Maybe it's just me, but the image of a jet engine coming apart in flight isn't very funny, especially considering what happened as a result.

Well, other than the fact that it clearly bombed in the room as well.

 

Well these roasts used to be driven by good taste and even some civility. But like the celebrity roasts they are gone down the tubes in poor taste, courseness and vulgarity. I won't watch them anymore, and just have seen the examples given here.

Tasteless jokes aren't new. Remember the one about the space shuttle Challenger? "Where did the Challenger astronauts go on vacation? All over Florida!" How about the Valujet 592 crash? "Hear about the new drink served on Valujet? Gatorade!"

Ever heard of this joke?: "Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?"

 

Agreed. While I don't think her's was a great soon-to-be-a-classic monologue, it's not as horrible, mean nor "a bomb" as many of those butthurt Trump administrators are whining about.

I liked this one too: “Just a reminder to everyone, I’m here to make jokes, I have no agenda, I’m not trying to get anything accomplished, so everyone that’s here from Congress you should feel right at home.”

 

Yes I did? What are you claiming I did? Seriously. I've had several butthurt, limp dick asshats tell outright lies about me because their little snowflake hearts were hurt, so I want to know if you have a factual complaint or if you're just....well, you know.

 

It's good to know Trump would never do that.

 

This joke was funny too: “It is kinda crazy that the Trump campaign was in contact with Russia when the Hillary campaign wasn’t even in contact with Michigan.”

 

LOL The amount of pots calling the kettle black on this thread is astounding. Earlier, we went through the fact on how ironic it was that Trump supporters were complaining about being bullied.

 

The media is capable of handling slams. It's fun watching the Clintonites and the Trumpers both being mad at Comey.

In my opinion the woman represents exactly what the left wing jouranlists are all about - she was crass, vulgar, tasteless, demeaning, insulting and rude, and not at all funny.

 

At least our president is not like that.

I blame the media for this woman. She was not an unknown surprise. They used her to send a message not just to Trump, but to me and his other supporters. They flipped us the bird. If they would stop using comics, we would take them serious.

 

Because he has to talk back to the press. They attack, he defends. Rinse and repeat.
