You attack him with unprove allegstions from 36 years ago

And when that flops you say maybe he’s not telling the whole truth about his drinking habits in high school?

We can see through your little game

Quote me where I "attack him". Yes, I know that by simply disagreeing with Bart's conduct at the confirmation hearing I've triggered RWNJs all across the forum, but the bottom line is that I seek Truth, Justice and the American way regardless of party.

What flops? His dick in Ramirez's face? Youtube sex videos by Mark Judge which have been removed? https://www.cnn.com/2018/10/01/politics/mark-judge-videos/index.html

We? Who is "we", Mac? What "little game" are you accusing me of playing? Are you violating the forum rules again by making personal attacks and threats to members with whom you disagree?

Still waiting for the quote proving you are correct, dude. I know you can't provide one. Sad for you.

And vice versa. Yeah, we saw this play out when Obama was President, Bush before him and Clinton before him. It's a old story and not news to informed voters.

And you won't stop till he withdraws his name for the SC seat

Third request: Where's the quote(s)? If what you say was really true, it'd be easy for you to find a quote of me "attacking Kavanaugh", "lynching him in public" and all of your other colorful but unsubstantiated accusations against me.

That said, while I'm slightly flattered you follow me around the forum like a puppy dog craving attention, I also find it odd that you rarely, if ever, can stay on topic. You prefer personal attacks over conversation. False accusations over factual discussion. Sad.

Meaning his indignation was too weak. I would have taken on each senator with dirt.

How is Kavanaugh responsible for fully exposed DP slander?

It proves that her her account was false. She claimed that 4 witnesses would back her up. That was not true. It was a Big Whopper.
Much of her testimony was not true.

She and her advisers thought it would give her story a free ride in the MSM. They were right.

He's not. He's responsible for his own words and actions just like we all are.

Quote? Because all I recall is he said "I don't recall". That's not a refutation, that's a simply claiming a lack of knowledge.

There's a difference between saying "Bart O'Kananaugh is not a drunken rapist" and "I don't know if Bart O'Kavanaugh is a drunken rapist".

In that case he should be confirmed unanimously.

If North testified that Reagan would act as a witness for him, but Reagan did not act as his witness so North's testimony that Reagan would act as a witness for him was false or erroneous. Probably the main reason why North was indicted.
The four people named by Ford as her witnesses are not witnesses for her. Ford erred - or lied.

    "refute
    1. To prove to be false or erroneous; overthrow by argument or proof: refute testimony.
    2. To deny the accuracy or truth of: refuted the results of the poll.

"To refute; to prove to be false or erroneous; not necessarily by mere denial, but by affirmative evidence to the contrary." Irsch v. Irsch, 12 N. Y. Civ. Proc. R. 182.

All of you I assume are Republicans... I'm sorry to say, but you have your heads up your a**es way too far, to see the damage that Kavanaugh could do on the bench if he is confirmed.

Republican and Democrat pols - the beast with two heads. Most Americans have noticed.

“In recent years, despite thousands of bills introduced into Congress every year, only a small percentage (approximately 5%) become law. Of course, what matters for laws is quality not quantity. But why would legislators bother to introduce so many hopeless bills? What if they are not even designed to pass? What if they are instead designed to make money? The cold harsh reality in Washington is this: the very conditions that are so maddening for most Americans —gridlock, problems being ignored, hyper partisanship — are the very conditions that are most lucrative for the Permanent Political Class. Washington may not be working for citizens, but it's working quite well for members of the Permanent Political Class who profit handsomely.” EXTORTION, "How Politicians Extract Your money, BuyVotes, And Line Their Own Pockets, Peter Schweizer, HMO, NY, NY, 2013, p. 7,8.
