it's no such thing, Trump fragile ego will survive

Trump was being petty and I think we all know it, Trump doesn't like hard questions

Trump thinks the press should be there to praise him, not question him

    A Trump appointee.

Why do Trump worshippers believe that their messiah appoints judges who do not respect the law?

The middle part won't ever happen, but the first part is the answer, if they want to continue to NOT answer questions at press conferences, which they do....

If I were Trump, I would stop holding press conferences until this gets fixed. The Constitution doesn't require press conferences; they are 100% voluntary.

Well, the judge said it's a matter of due process.

My question is, if that's the case, how can we have so called "right to work" laws that allow an employer to fire an employee without cause?

Seems to me that this ruling is a crock of ****.

I most certainly agree with the Judge's decision.

Did anyone see what the judge said, there is no absolute 1st amendment right to the White House. That is a very profound statement.

Why? There is no constitutional obligation for the President to talk to the press. He can ignore them for his entire term if he likes. This decision makes zero sense to me. It's like a judge requiring Trump invite someone to dinner. I don't see how the courts can have a say in who Trump invites to a completely voluntary meeting.

It's pretty clear that most of the posters on this link have no clue how the law works.
    Or should work.

Exactly, but the press room is only one way to communicate to the people. He has other methods. He can shut Acosta out completely and there wouldn't be a thing any judge could do about it. He could invite 10 reporters to a private lunch and answer questions, for example. Tweet and respond to the people directly, through Twitter or hold more one on ones. This was a silly ruling, since Trump can just simply opt out.

    Solution:

When Acosta runs his mouth just close the news conference down. No more questions and walk away.

It's better if Trump just simply doesn't news conferences. He has only done 3 since being elected anyways. He obviously doesn't like the job of being POTUS.

Move the CNN chair to the back row and totally ignore him and grant him no interviews.
