The entire focus of the Trumpster smoke screen has never involved dealing with the facts that have emerged, but have always centered on trying to discredit the investigation and the investigators.
Flynn was a three star General with multiple high level commands. 34 years in the US Army. Served as Director of National Intelligence. If he did not know his responsibilities and that it is a crime to lie to the FBI, he is either incompetent or lying and I do not believe he is incompetent. Nor is it believable that he was tricked or taken by surprise by FBI agents asking him questions. He was, again, a senior command officer, highly educated and experienced. If he fumbled and got caught in a criminal act, it is his own fault. There is no excuse from a crime because the criminal accidentally exposed his crime to law enforcement. About Miranda Rights, generally speaking this applies only if a person is arrested. Exceptions can be if questioned where a person's liberty to walk away is restricted, although not yet under arrest. Neither fits the case of Flynn, there was no reason for him to be Mirandized when questioned.
It is? Super! Who is in charge of it? Who is on the management team? Where is their secret hideout? Jamacia? Some dead volcano in the South Pacific?
The noise campaign has actually been floating variations of this theme for two or three months now. At one point, they hand all the Trumpsters asserting that the FBI needed to notify people in advance of arrest in order for them to arrange lawyers prior to arrest. Presumably as a professional courtesy to bank robbers and gangsters, I suppose. This is just the latest variation on the theme.
It appears to function like a colony of ants Except there is no queen laying all the eggs Once a potential swamp rat scores a position in government they can begin moving up the ladder as long as they help maintain the power of the whole
But you cannot pull the wool over the eyes of Trump supporters as they are probably staking out every pizza parlor in the DC area.
I expected that you would totally evade the question, which was rhetorical anyway. But you did describe the right wing conspiracy mentality very well. And if is isn't the imaginary "Deep State", it's the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderbergs, the Rothschilds, the New World Order, or whatever label the parochial right likes at the moment. They all have the same thing in common. They are all powerful, all knowing, unknowable and all powerful. At least in the imaginations of the folks who subscribe to these comic book notions.
The Deep State is a concept that flies over the head of liberal who only care about defeating trump in Which cosidering they are all convinced that putin stole tje election from obama-hillary and gave it to trump So conspiracy insanity runs deep on the left
