So people think that a professional law enforcement agent and lawyer doesn’t follow courtroom protocol is up to know good , or at the very least suspicious, and that’s what you deem conspiracy theories?

In this case, Lying Jim McCabe has a special beef with Flynn because Flynn came to the aid of a woman that McCabe was discriminating against because she was a female and McCabe wanted to set the example that you don't mess with Lying (Now Fired) Jim.

Anyway, if sentencing guidelines allow the Court to reduce the false statements charge to a misdemeanor, I hope the Court does so.

 

I've no proof Flynn's 302 was destroyed, but we do know it was inexplicably and inexcusably not delivered to the judge.

National Review thinks no 302 of Flynn's interview was ever written. I suspect it was, but destroyed.

According to the FBI, Flynn never lied. Mueller said he lied.



Why did Mueller fail to provide the original 302 as the Judge asked for? Did Mueller destroy it to cover up the findings?

Dirty Bob Mueller is now saying that General Flynn needn’t go to prison–the equivalent of “oops, never mind”–and it appears that Judge Emmet Sullivan may be on to Dirty Bob Mueller. We will soon find out.

Meanwhile, even NPR has noticed that the Democrats’ beloved Russia collusion conspiracy theory has fallen apart:

NPR makes the obvious point that we and others have observed repeatedly: the absence of evidence of Russian collusion in Dirty Bob Mueller’s attacks on General Flynn, Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen, not to mention the continued absence of any charges whatsoever against Carter Page, who must be the most innocent man in America, plainly means that when it comes to collusion–the ostensible subject of his investigation–Dirty Bob Mueller is shooting blanks. Say, Dirty Bob, remind me: what does Stormy Daniels have to do with your mission as Special Counsel?

I think there is a significant chance that Judge Sullivan may refuse to accept General Flynn’s guilty plea and instead issue an opinion blasting Dirty Bob Mueller for prosecutorial misconduct. If that happens, Dirty Bob Mueller will ride off into the sunset in the ignominy he so richly deserves.

I am not sue Sullivan agrees that the plea is acceptable as he hasn't ruled on it yet. The plea is a pretty good deal if everything was done on the up and up. Obviously Sullivan thinks there are some problems with the plea. If Sullivan decides to toss the plea then it will cast a huge cloud of doubt on the Mueller investigations.

And the FBI agents that interviewed him said he didn’t lie and now we have no document to prove it one way or the other.

Mueller failed to present the original 302 reports.

Mueller had the cell phones of both Strzok and Page scrubbed after they were removed from the SC investigation.

Both issues are significantly contrary to DOJ policies pertaining to an ongoing DOJ investigation.

Mueller is basically telling Judge Sullivan to take a hike. Sullivan will probably fold like a cheap suit because he knows how Mueller just went after Corsi's step-son. Dirty as can be !!

 

Now Mueller is furious and he is going after Flynn again. Mueller is really just a Nazi carrying out these tactics and going after innocent people. Flynn is a hero and what they are doing to him is going to come back and kick Mueller in the butt. This won't go on much longer or will be tolerated.

 

Sadly, this will be tolerated because the GOP-E is complicit in this crap.

There are simply way too many Progressives entrenched within the Republican Party.
