It's a simple fact that the US authorities did that. That you're not aware of the facts, but do got your mind already made up... is your problem of being incredible biased.
The US authorities claimed the girl lived for days without food and water before she arrived in the US. Riddle me this, how they claim that when there weren't there? The father denies that too.
Easy, you don’t die of thirst instantly like you claim. You have to be deprived for some time before and it ain’t 8 hours. Basic physiology.
Nope. I already stated that this is where the US authorities failed to give her the care she needed when she was given a medical check. That is my claim. That the US authorities claim she had nothing to eat and drink for days,.. remains a weird claim from an authority that wasn't there to witness it. It makes those people who said that, totally unreliable.
It is being stated on the part of yourself that the translator utilized by the border agents was not able to understand the dialect spoken by the father, yet the father was somehow able to locate a lawyer who is fluent in his spoken language?
That is because at the present time of year in the united states, with the ambient temperatures in the regional area in which this incident transpired, it is physically impossible for a healthy individual, even a minor, to succumb to dehydration and die within a mere eight hour time period. It simply does not, and cannot happen.
Are you guys seriously this stupid? Maybe, I don't know....call me crazy... but perhaps the weeks long journey across deserts without adequate food/shelter/water had something to do with this. Maybe.
So we agree that the US authorities failed to give an adequate medical check when they took her into custody.
That's not relevant on my argument that the US authorities failed to give adequate care, as far as I can tell. And the US authorities still got no clue if she was given water and food in the desert. They lied when they claimed that. It's obvious the father does know. Exceptionally safe to assume the guy was there, regardless if its the father.
US authorities gave the best care they could But now the question is what hapoens to the man who is responsible for her death? I think he needs to be sent back to mexico
They provide water, ask if anybody needs medical attention, those are the people to get the attention first. The statement that she went for days without food or water is only rational considering her condition.
There is no way anybody expects to die 8 hours after getting an all clear from a medical check in the US. They did give that pass to that girl, hence they failed to provide good care. I told you this before.
The US authorities gave her a medical check and found nothing wrong with her condition. They made up she wasn't given water or food, while we all know they weren't there to see that. That combined absolutely destroys their credibility. While her father denies they were given water when they were detained.
You are unaware of how a person dies from dehydration. You don’t have to ‘be there’ to know how a person dies like that so your claim is based on lack of knowledge.
It is not the responsibility of law enforcement officers to possess medical knowledge. And ultimately customs and border patrol are law enforcement officers, not medical personnel.
