    Ha!
Or maybe Fox and Hannity are beginning to realize that they can run the country through Trump.
Maybe, just maybe Congress will grow some balls and push the Executive back into its place. So tired of president-kings.

Just keep pretending that the obvious is not the case.

Trump is a poor businessman. A poor negotiatior, and doesn't understand politics at all. Nor does he care.

He' a cheap celebrity, and a lot of the folks who bought his act don't take politics seriously enough to understand the cheap celebrities are not leaders, only circus clowns.

A circus clown is what you got. A weak, little wannabe whose resume consisted entirely of playing a braggard fake CEO type on TV.

Never in the history of the US presidency has there been a weaker, less experienced and personally ill equipped candidate.

Trump has no idea what he is doing, once the brief goes beyond entertaining the talk radio base. He has been an abject failure on the world stage. His stock market is falling like a rock because the Obama boom finally peaked and no one has any confidence in this Administration to manage the economy in any effective way. World leaders now ignore the President of the United States, and the stock market actually sagged when Trump's treasury secretary tried to reassure the financial markets.

Trump can't handle the pressure of the Presidency, He is weak, ignorant, unprepared and incapable by dint of his lack of real mangerial talent, experience, or personal character.

One of the first things any elected official learns is to grow a thick hide when it comes to the press.

Harry Trumman would have laughed at Trump and dismissed him as a weakling and a loser.

    Which is what he is.

Now, the loser is trying to position himself as the victim, a meme that is pitch perfect for his base, but is a sterling announcement of how weak the man really is.

    A loser.

    That is what is happening.

McConnell did the deal Trump agreed to and then Trump want back on his word, and made a show of pandering to his right wing lunatic base, which is a minority without any political power.

McConnell responded by adjourning and announcing that nothing will move forward until Trump stops playing footsie.

McConnell is calling the tune on this one. And he has already made his deal with the incoming House leadership.

Trump has lost his wall, and the only people who don't know that will be listening to Rush Limbaugh and his imitators tomorrow.

Given this, the Trump legislative agenda is dead. The last piece of legislation that Trump moved was the sentance reform measure, a bill that is unpopular with his knuckle dragging base. There will be no other.

You're missing the point...the opposition is a result of his lack of strength. I don't expect you to see this, but over half the country does. And it isn't being 'triggered' or led around by the nose by the MSM - I formulate my view of the man based upon his public statements and tweets.

Whatever can be attributed to Donald Trump applies to everyone of his supporters. Who's going to be the last to denounce the imposter in chief?

I find all this pretty comical coming from the party of vagina costumes, screaming at the sky and clawing at the doors of the Supreme court. Democrats and Liberals are nothing more than cowards and whinny children who still can't get over losing an election. You have no party leader and the ones you did swoon about got caught steeling questions for Hillary debates while harpooning one of the own candidates (Sanders).

You are the lovers of sanctuary cities and illegal aliens who swarm into this country, murder, rape, and pillage at the expense of American lives while you stand on your soap boxes and tell everyone else who wants to keep this country safe they are nothing but racist. You would gladly help to destroy this country and American livelihood if it meant getting a single dig at Trump. You all suckled at the tit of Obama so long you forgot what America and our constitution stood for.

America spoke up and your way of life is over. We are tired of your constant hypocrisy and cowardice so the adults will take it from here. It is so obvious that most Liberals never wore any uniform in the service of others because you spend so much time figuring out what bathrooms to use for your 64 genders. Your Hollywood heroes are all pedophiles and your politicians and media has the lowest support on record in this country.

These same Dumbocrats host gangs like Antifa and the KKK to do your dirty work because you came from this entitled little world where a historical record of mommies and daddies still take care of their babies until an average age of 35 years now. When you have nothing but insults and accusations 24/7 you are part of that group.

It is so easy to pick these cowards out as every person they don't agree with are racist, homophobes, Misogynist, Trumpster, liars. Trump does EXACTLY what we hired him to do. Get rid of these criminals like Comey, Page, Storzk, and the other 25 bias leaders of the FBI. Now he's going to get rid of the rest of these low life politicians and what burns you up is there isn't thing one you can do about it.

So, please continue your little tantrums as no one in the Democratic Liberal party has been right for over 2 years now and your precious CNN's ratings are lower than the Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon with more retractions in the last 2 years than in the last 20. If Trump wasn't winning so much you wouldn't be so triggered as I only come to this political forum to read the continuous Liberal whining.

So Trump is your president and America rejects your sanctimonious views. It must be tough to be so triggered you have to post the same thing over and over and over but don't get us wrong, we do love the show.

The Russians and Assad wiped out ISIS.
I must admit I was kind of impressed with their definition of terrorist. They are all terrorists to them. :)

    How soon you forget.
    How do you spell Bush?
The roots of ISIS trace back to 2004, when the organization known as “al Qaeda in Iraq” formed. Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who was originally part of Osama bin Laden’s al Qaeda Network, founded this militant group.

The U.S. invasion of Iraq began in 2003, and the aim of al Qaeda in Iraq was to remove Western occupation and replace it with a Sunni Islamist regime.

When Zarqawi was killed during a U.S. airstrike in 2006, Egyptian Abu Ayyub al-Masri became the new leader and renamed the group “ISI,” which stood for “Islamic State of Iraq.” In 2010, Masri died in a US-Iraqi operation, and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi took power.

When the civil war in Syria started, ISI fought against Syrian forces and gained ground throughout the region. In 2013, the group officially renamed themselves “ISIS,” which stands for “Islamic State of Iraq and Syria,” because they had expanded into Syria.

Trump shut down the entire federal government just before Christmas. His excuse is an ineffectual wall. In the process, Trump managed to embarrass the Senate Majority Leader and the leadership of his own party in the Republican-held Congress. Combined with Trump's retreat in Syria and the loss of key members of his administration, chaos reigns supreme in Washington.

If Putin had managed to install a former KGB agent in the White House, he could not have done better than Donald Trump. There is little wonder why Putin is jumping with glee.

Lets be clear on one particular point. Trump is alone in Washington and he is making a lot of statements and tweeting like a songbird. The Washington Post, which tracks Trump's false and misleading claims, has tallied up 6,420 lies.

Which means we cannot believe anything Trump says or tweets.
He lies so much, he no longer can differentiate between fantasy and reality.

Take for example his Christmas message he provided us today. "I can't tell you when the government is going to be open. I can tell you it's not going to be open until we have a wall, a fence, whatever they would like to call it," Trump said in the Oval Office after a Christmas call with US troops. So now he trying to turn the shutdown into an issue of semantics, and who is "they." He told a television audience, "I am proud to shut down the government for border security." Semantics again, he means his border wall.

Trump then repeated a claim made a day earlier -- without explanation -- that he'd recently approved 115 miles worth of border barrier. The White House hasn't provided any further details about the claim. No one, not the media, not his advisors, not Republicans on the Hill know what he is talking about.

"It's going to be built, hopefully rapidly," he said. "I'm going there at the end of January for the start of construction. That's a big stretch."

"We're almost having a groundbreaking, it's such a big section," he said. "It's probably the biggest section we'll get out."

Has he lost it? Again, no one knows what he is talking about.

Trump also claimed, without evidence, that federal employees on furlough or working without pay understand his demand for a border wall -- and support him in his mission.

"I think they understand what's happening," he said. "They want border security. The people of this country want border security."

Huh, so now he has stopped to talked to government workers? They are happy to be furloughed or work without pay for his border wall?

Trump is responsible for the shutdown and proud of it. "I am proud to shut down the government." Now he wants our sympathy. "It's not a question of me. I would rather not be doing shutdowns. I've been at the White House. I love the White House, but I wasn't able to be with my family. I thought it would be wrong for me to be with my family, my family is in Florida, Palm Beach, and I just didn't want to go down and be there when other people are hurting."

Why he thought being with his family at Christmas is wrong is anyone's guess. Actually, in addition to lying, he is also talented at providing B.S.

"But other than that," Trump said, his hands gesturing outward, "I wish everybody a very merry Christmas."

He managed to finally say something right. I second that message.

Maybe it's that no one has claimed Trump has destroyed the country.

The vast majority of Trump's failures...if passed would hurt the US. Two years with only one major piece of legislation passed.

That is failures on Trump's part...but actually good for the country.

Trump's tax plan is grinding the gears of the economy and we should know real soon how much actual damage it does.

I only point out Trump's failures to keep the record straight

Gee, even with Eric Holder on video saying "this New Democratic Party" you claim I made up the reference.

Why doesn't it bother you that you have zero credibility, and very little of what you post is the truth?

Are you expecting to persuade people to agree with your point of view when you lack honesty?

Don't really get what your objective is, beside attack and insult.

Kode, the only thing I see Progressives react to are the dog whistles they are trained to bark at. It doesn't matter what if those whistles are true or not.

He’s a rough-shod individualist who threatens the status quo and business as usual attitude of republcans in washington as well as the globalist America-Last democrats

I think I see the issue more clearly than you do

Trump represents a professional career politician, consultant or government baureocrats worst nightmare

Which is an amateur who did not come up through the political ranks

Because trump owes his loyality to the voters who elected him rather than a political machine in washington

Yes he did. Apparently the context of accepting Schumer's challenge was lost on you.

Did both Pelosi and Schumer claim the President didn't have the votes in the House to pass funding for the Wall?

    Yes or No?

The clock is ticking on Schumer's Shutdown. How long to you think Schumer will keep the partial shutdown going?

But you see, that wouldn't happen because they wouldn't make the kind of grievous mistakes Trump has. You are destined to hang on to the "You hate Trump because he beat Hillary" wagon until you finally realize the wheels have come off. The free world opposes Trump because he opposes the global order with every move and action. Thoughtful Americans consider Trump a pariah.

What makes you think I forgot Bush, we're talking about ISIS correct and not the earlier jihadist groups that combined with Syrian jihadists in order to form ISIS? I could have copied a wiki definition of ISIS too. Maybe you forget that Obama considered ISIS to be the JV team.
