From the lack of responses, I guess this story of people potentially dying doesn’t rank up there with people who are denied the use of a bathroom or non customers being told to leave a yogurt shop.

 

Any physician who even hints at going outside of protocol (for any reason) to harm a patient should hit the bricks and lose their license.

A doctor who threatened to give her patients the wrong medicine, on the grounds that they were Jewish. ("Yahood" is a word that means Jewish.) That's an actual hate crime.

What in the world is going on? The prestigious Cleveland Clinic doesn't do background and social media checks on new hires? A doctor who threatens to kill is not a doctor a patient can trust. It's a sign of decline in the medical profession. How on Earth did this person get a medical license, and why hasn't it been pulled? Did no one check her ethics? She has a long history of vile anti-Semitic tweets, loaded with homicidal ravings and musings, which are there for all to see on Twitter. This wasn't someone who just whispered her anti-Semitism, she broadcast it. This person shouldn't just be fired; she should be de-licensed, and maybe jailed for such vile threats, which not only bring great dishonor to the medical profession, but erode the trust that patients must have in doctors.

She may be very intelligent and may be a skilled physician, but that don't matter. She's nuts and cannot be trusted.

But you cannot make an application to the Mayo Clinic. They have to know of a physician and their reputation, and joining Mayo is by invitation only -- or at least that used to be SOP.
