Actually your statement is not based in, logic, since you strategically refused to place proper blame onto the Dominant Culture which controls America's "judging by skin color" game and dictates the rules of that "judging by skin color" game, where every citizen is forced to play ---even citizens physically fighting against 'the game' by suing it in some courtroom, or exposing it in some EEOC office or some HR dept.
