Rapid fire is not what kills people. Sight alignment/sight picture and trigger squeeze kills people. Rapid fire just wastes ammo.
Sure. Tell that to the families of the four deceased and the 15 wounded. "It's just a rifle. Nothing special about it," except it was the weapon which killed four and wounded 15 others. Jayzuz, Team USA.....how cheaply do you value human life over there? For me the right to life trumps the right to access to the means specifically designed to extinguish life, especially en masse. Yes......there is a middle ground, but first Team USA needs to come to grips with what is more 'important.'
How cheaply you value the lives of the hundred million or so who died at the hand of their own government in the past century.
Nobody should be. If liberals were not out destroying the rule of law and desecrating cities with their absurd policies, America would be a safer place to live. Cleaner too with a lot less rats and disease being spread.
Within a 24 hour period, 1 dead, 11 wounded in New York and 3 killed and 12 wounded in California. Two of the most restrictive gun states in the country illustrating, once again, that "gun control" laws only effect the law abiding citizens. Conversely, three days ago here in Virginia two masked and armed thugs had already robbed four 7-Eleven stores. These stores, like other gun free zones, are known as a criminal's ATM as it's common knowledge that the employees may NOT carry arms or even resist. As these two 18 year old punks were robbing the fifth store a legaly armed customer confronted the scum-bags killing one and wounding the other. The customer is being hailed as a hero. We have a mental illness problem not a gun problem. There are indeed 40,000 gun related deaths a year in the US though over 50% are suicides. Each year, over 330,000 accidents caused by texting while driving that lead to severe injuries and death. There are over 400,000 in-hospitol PREVENTABLE deaths every year in the US. That deserves repeating, EVERY year 400,000 patients IN HOSPITOLS die of something that is completely preventable! 70,000 overdose deaths per year, 37,000 highway crash fatilities and the list goes on. In this country we have 300 million privately (and legally) owned firearms and over a trillion rounds of ammunition. If gun owners were the problem, you'd know it.
OK, I'm going to claim the distinction for being the wit who posts this for the 1,000,000,000th time: "WHEN GUNS ARE OUTLAWED, ONLY OUTLAWS WILL HAVE GUNS."
Texas is just fine with private sales between regular citizens. I've gotten several that way. Booga booga booga
No wonder you're confused then. We're here, not there. So the laws of here, not there, apply. Make sense?
Point and hold the pig steady while you engage the trigger without moving your point of aim even minutely, yes.
Defending the NRA is not the hill you want to die on. There are better gun rights orgs. The NRA asked for the bumpstock ban ffs. And yes, they pushed for an end to open carry in CA because of the black panthers exercising their rights to same. Reagan as governor signed the bill. Speaking of the NRA and gun control and not doing anything about it: The hughes amendment ring any bells? They've been quiet as churchmice about that ****. Meanwhile, with your money if you're a member:
Average response time for an armed victim in situ when the shooting starts is about 3 seconds. How much faster is 3 seconds than 1 minute?
Arming psychos leads to dead people. This one made sure to avoid security at the event so that he could get his kills in.
No, your government bars you from doing so and you don't want to go to jail so you've never done so. You still have violent crime, quite a bit of it. You're still a woman, unable to resist most males physically if they felt like it and rape is a common crime where you're from. You need it, its just that you're not allowed.
