These days it is impossible to turn on the news without hearing the word racist hundreds of times. It is spewed about almost totally by democrats since they have no platform for 2020. Im sure that 90% of the people are so tired of hearing the word racist, like me they could just puke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What news stations are you watching? My wife and I watch the local news every night and in the mornings every weekend and I can honestly say I have never heard the word "racist" hundreds of times. Hell, I haven't heard it even dozens of times. Or even a dozen times. Do you ever get tired of posting over-the-top hyperbole?

There are consequences and repercussions to crying wolf (racist) frequently.

It's becoming difficult for people to distinguish real racism (ethnic supremacy, lynching, hate crimes, discrimination in the workforce and education) from progressive defined racism (Voting republican, freedom of speech, judging by character content and not skin color, apposing globalism and open borders, pointing out statistics, etc.)

Keep in mind the majority of racism accusations are against whites, and the majority of those accusing others of racism are, you guessed it, also whites.

Here's an idea. When someone is talking about how 90% of blacks die at the hands of other blacks, why not let an African American decide if it's racist to point out said statistic instead of loosing your @&%# and being the "WHITE KNIGHT" and speaking on behalf of minorities like they are incapable of giving their own thoughts?

Unless of course you believe minorities are incapable of understanding the concept of racism and thinking correctly, which would certainly be f&*%ed up for you to assume..

Local channels? Like on weather and traffic reports? I hear it every morning when I wake up to CBSN ,,,, before I race out of the bedroom. Mostly comes up in quotes by Democrats whose DCCC leadership is 100% white supremacists.

No you don't. I watch the local news on CBS, NBC, ABC or FOX. Never hear the word racist like you and the OP claim. How about you record what you're hearing so you can share with us all?

The dems have no platform? Oh so health care, drug prices, black campaign money, voter disenfranchisement, immigration, trade, the mid east, foreign relations are not talking points?

Lots of words get over-used these days. “UnAmerican” is now used to describe people who don’t support Trump. “Terrorist” is now used to describe someone who doesn’t support Trump and is vocal about it. “Socialist” is now used to describe anyone who does not support Trump.

Fake Hate does make a lot of news. Until it is debunked.

"The latest fabrication involves the torching of a Houston mosque on Christmas Day. The arson was quickly seized on by the national media and Muslim-rights groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which demanded that police investigate it as a hate crime.

"We urge law enforcement authorities to investigate a possible bias motive for this fire," CAIR's Houston chapter said in a statement.

Federal authorities did investigate, and they collared a suspect. Sorry, CAIR, he's not a Muslim-hating Trump supporter. He's a Muslim."

I have to agree with logical one- and to a degree with you. If you are watching local news, you don't see the term used much. If you are following political news, it's there with great frequency.
The bad part is that the incessant use of it as a political branding rather than addressing factual issues actually promotes racism. That needs to stop.

Incivility in our speech breeds incivility in our actions and distortion in our judgment. Not to say that there isn't a time to set respect and civility aside- but that we do so far too frequently and without just cause, and done inappropriately, it harms our society.

There's a difference between network affiliates and the national networks themselves. You should visit the US some time. It could be an educational experience.

White leftists MUST answer because they dont believe blacks and other minorities are capable of answering correctly.

It seems to me that blacks have answered this question both in word and action (voting). I am certain they are capable.

Do you have verifiable evidence of any white leftist uttering such belief?

Is it possible that the reason "racism" is used so much is that racism exists and is practiced? If it does exist it seems to me that people would be anxious to do away with the practice to make the word go away, not just do away with the word.

Just look at the last 50 years of white liberals putting policies in place that offer minorities, specifically blacks, an upper hand. Affirmative action, preference in federal contracts, among others.

I think the left has gotten all the mileage they're gonna get with the raciam card. Except for a small group of zealots, I think everybody ignores the racism charge these days because it has been so abused. Furthermore, the people that cry racism all the time are obvious hypocrites.

Do you really believe that? Do you celebrate black republicans or are you like other posters in this board that refers to them as uncle Tom's and other derogatory terms?
