    No, the complaint was not proven true. There is no proof that the military aid was held up for the purpose of using it as a bargaining chip to pressure Zelenksy.

    I did not actually validate anything I just stated the obvious. A whistleblowers statement is an observation by the WB and we should expect that it is clean from partisan opinion. The party that owns what the WB is complaining about should not automatically reject what the WB says on partisan motivations. On the other hand the WB should not make a WB statement motivated by partisanship. So Insay assess and in this case that assessment needs to be the Congressional committees.
