How can he be innocent of asking for the the prosecutor to be fire by withholding funds, when he said he did it? We have him bragging about it seems pretty open and shut to me.

What he's bragging about is enforcing US foreign policy - combat corruption or no aid. The prosecutor was obstructing Ukraine's anti-corruption efforts, thus jeopardizing all aid to Ukraine, as all donors have the same policy. For instance, the IMF had already - for the same reason - placed a hold on $1.7 billion of aid and was threatening to cancel an entire $40 billion package unless Shokin was fired.

Is this one of those hypothetical questions like:

"Will David Duke be appointed the Rabbinical Leader of B'nai B'rith"?

Very doubtful. If Hillary wasn't prosecuted for gross negligence in containing classified material (which is a crime, and which the FBI said they had her dead to rights for), Biden won't be prosecuted.

My sentiment is with you, but in reality criminality of shakedowns is very hard to prove, even more so at a governmental level.

Changing my vote to Yes. Yes.

Can't go against the track record of the "PF AJ contraindicator of reality" The predictive power is too well-documented.

Thing is, if he had asked his own state dept to do the investigation that would have been legal and correct but he didn’t. He asked a foreign government to investigate a political rival for HIS benefit

A little corrrection to your post. The IMF placed a hold on $1.7B in aid just a couple of months ago. I started a thread in 'current events' on the very topic....quid pro quo.

Shokin was forced out by Joe Biden in 2014 when he started investigating Burisma, little Cocaine Biden's employer.

What I am trying to say is that your whole post is malarkey. Facts matter.

Pervert Joe in charge of Ukraine US policy, Son gets a primo job from a corrupt Ukrainian company earning perhaps millions. Nothing to see here.
Creepy Joe in charge of China policy. Son flies on Air Force Two with Daddy to China leaves with 1.5 Billion dollars. Nothing to see here folks.
Life is good being a democrat nothing is ever a crime, nothing is bad or even looks bad, it is impossible for a democrat to be corrupt, that is the mantra of the left, so again, life for a democrat is easy peasy.

To answer the question. Joe should be investigated to see if he personally directed US policy toward Ukraine and or China at bequest of his son. If so then bye bye Joe, don't pick up the soap on the floor.

Imagine demented old joe on the witness stand having one of his moments and spouting off about something the Clintons had three other people silenced over. I'm sure his sudden, unexpected demise would be due to "natural causes".

No. If you can allow Trump & his criminal minions get by with all the illegal actions they've pursued, including the destruction of several of our most revered institutions, then it make absolutely no sense to suggest Biden should serve time for some crazy, made-up conspiracy theory by extremist elements who want to kill the Constitution. Even if Biden & Trump were both guilty, what Trump did would be far more serious because of the damage he's done to the honesty, intregity, trustworthiness, general reputation of our country, & division of our people, plus the damage done to the Constitution.
