It's their job to get to the truth...which includes admitting all relevant witnesses and documentation. Blocking such is obstruction of justice in itself.

Then let the President present his evidence of the corruption he demanded be investigated by the Ukrainian President: the Biden's and Crowdstrike. Why did he not do this in his defense?

They didn’t block it, Shifty could have tried to get him to testify...he didn’t.

no it’s their job to listen to the evidence provided. A jury or court doesn’t make the case for the prosecution

It was. The Houses own witnesses discussed the appearance of concern even during the Obama admin. Everyone was worried. It was worthy of looking into

The presiding judge, in a criminal trial, would normally make the decision on whether or not to admit new evidence at trial. In this case, Roberts was the presiding judge, but one who could be overruled by a simple majority of the Senate (in a criminal trial, the jury has no such option). Additionally, Roberts announced prior to the witness vote, that he would not vote to break a tie. The Senate acted in their combined role of judge and jury.

"Appearance of concern" is not evidence of guilt.

Can anyone verify the rumor that the National Inquirer has just bought publishing rights from Simon and Schuster for Bolton's book, with an offer they couldn't refuse?/sarcasm

Never said it was....but certainly worthy of an investigation. Biden and his son might not have been guilty of anything.....it ashame your party has plastered all over the news for months now how they were connected to such corruption...it's likely really hurt his campaign

You really consider it bipartisan when the one republican who voted "yea" was the guy who has bashed Trump every chance he got and only kissed Trump's ass to get SoS and then went back to hating Trump after he was turned down? Maybe you don't understand what "partisan" means.

If Trump had evidence amounting to probable cause against Biden, he should have called AG Barr, who would have contacted FBI Director Christopher Wray, who would have set-up an investigation through the FBI representative at our embassy in Kiev. That person would have contacted the appropriate people in the Ukrainian government...rather than try and blackmail the new President for investigations, via his personal attorney.

And he was acquitted. Do you predict that your hero Michael Avenatti will be acquitted also?

It is indeed fun to watch, over and over, it is her tearing up any chance the democrats have of getting back in to the white house. Go Nancy!

Why do all that? He was on the phone with the President, he simply asked him to look into the matter, and cooperate with the AG

You probably better call the Chief Justice of the SC, he disagrees with your legal thoughts but I'm certain you can line him out lol.

The Chief Justice has something to say about the Bipartisan nature of the Removal vote?

And, his personal attorney. And, the DoJ denied all knowledge of the President's request to Barr. Let's just ask Barr.

Who you kiddin Bub.The American people are well aware of the
childish stunt Pelosi pulled with the SOTU document. To make matters
worse it was also revealed she actually started tearing some of the pages
early-on to make it much easier after Trump finished his address.

The House called all the witnesses they had. What's the point in calling more? I guess the Senate dems were still getting those "witnesses" coached up like Christine Ford Blasey. Took that dummy weeks to remember her lines.

Unlike where Pelosi is headed.Straight To HELL.
No get out of Hell cards will be provided. As a lead lawmaker
she is profoundly Guilty as charged for her years of supporting
and lauding Abortions then Abortion on Demand.
    Technically she has auto-Excommunicated herself.
The Church has deemed Abortion a sin.And those who
make laws enforcing and supporting Abortions a more grave
    Mortal sin.
