Yep! Problem with that is we don't have enough voters with more than a 30 seconds attention span.

 

Oh, I'm under no false impressions as to what Obama and Elizabeth Warren meant. They were angry, they meant that business owners have no right to be proud and claim to have built their business on their own, because "the rest of us built those roads and bridges." It's just more of the same class warfare crap from the Marxist wannabes.

As if the purpose of government in America, has not always been local businesses and population get together to pay taxes and do exactly that, to build the roads and bridges, sewer, etc... so we all benefit. Instead, Obama and Warren take the basic purpose and function of government, and use it as a club to malign and beat business owners over the head with.

 

And so it would appear that Trump's plant of the little girl at the SOTU has been unraveled. Janiya Davis is already at a good charter school, leaving even her mother questioning why she was there.

 

She got an Opportunity Scholarship. I'm guessing her mother was paying for her school, it looks like her tuition is now being paid for her to go to any school she wants.

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is paying for the girls education. My guess is that the president thought it was such a nice gesture that he would announce it at the SOTU and surprise the mother and daughter with the news.

 

Unfortunately, your guess is incorrect. She is enrolled at Math, Science and Technology Community Charter School III, which doesn't charge a tuition.

 

How did they manage to attend that place, and how long are they to attend?

What is the scholarship DeVos paid for, how does it differ from where the daughter goes to school now? Why did the mother and daughter look pleased with the news? From your telling of this, they should have looked confused not thrilled.

There must be more to this, but I really do not see it as worth my time to dig into it at the moment..
