    The bill introduced by Sen. T. Scott was a joke at best.

    Holding them accountable for their actions, instead of making excuses when they murder someone.

    That is the reason they get away with the dirt that they do.

    So, with this plan, for every Black person who mysteriously dies, the common working American gets to save 19 Million in taxes they'd have to pay....
