Some claimed millions would die and we now know how wrong they were. Everyone knew what we knew. He didn’t want to create panic. Not a terrible thing. The ONLY way his actions could have any effect what so ever is if ONLY he and he alone knew that it was 1000x more deadly than the flu and somehow hid that information, which isn’t what happened no matter how many times idiot Democrats want to claim as such. Trump not panicking didn’t kill anyone. We all knew who was most vulnerable. We all knew a mask helps.

And the most evil part of it all is that by doing this they’re gathering more power and authority over those people. And that’s the goal. A helpless society completely dependent on govt. You want to kill your child? Vote for us. You want to destroy businesses or people you don’t like? Vote for us. We’ll take care of EVERYTHING you need. Don’t worry. We got this. Just vote for us. I do understand your point, but mine is that Trump chose to get involved in the plunder of the treasury brought by Democrats misbehavior and crimes.

 

In one instance we have someone who didn't hide facts, took action recommended by science advisors to save lives & defeat a virus, and keep a Country afloat while not sending that Country into a panic.
In another instance we have someone who hid facts using a rationale so inexplicable an attempt hasn't been made to explain it.

But then he pretty much stopped helping and started hindering and hurting by downplaying the virus for over a month. He never really stopped doing this.

This was an opportunity for Trump to be an actual leader instead of just a cult personality, but he utterly flubbed it because his own ego was, as always, in control.

It would take an extreme level of gullibility to believe that there were no political motives in deciding which businesses would be deemed "essential".

 

I suspect the good mayor wanted very much to go along with the other big wigs in the Democratic Party, as corrupt as sin. He rationalized or was led to believe that any damage would be short term to his city. Government employees have done such before this.

It will be years before we get the details about the conspiracy, assuming it is possible for the truth to be known in this case.

For future generations there are many dots to connect to find the truth.
