    1) nobody said it was all their own fault...not sure where you are getting that....or that all should suffer...
    2) well yes
    3) I am fine with her being against the deatlh penalty, and I'm fine with her view on Roe...it's not going anywhere according to her. Well when she vote on the Court, the vote is for the law....not pre-existing condictions...if there was a law that said insurance had to cover it, and that's it...it would likely be held constitutional...what's before the court isn't a law like that though....the dems tied Pre-existing conditions in with a much larger law that has Constitutional questions.

Funny how the RW always hides behind the terms "constitutionalist" or "originalist", but what they really mean is that they want activist judges that push through the RW agenda.

Did you mean to quite me? Where did I say that? I just want a Judge that will follow the law. I don't think the Courts should have any "agenda" - whatever happens with their ruling is what happens...but they should follow the law.

Just watch. Nothing inhibits the Democrats from anything that might stand in their way.

I'm hoping the Dems boycott the process entirely in recognition of McTreason's duplicity. How could any rational person expect a Dem to support a nominee under these circumstances?

I am rational, and I have no -- as in zero -- expectation that the Dems will support the nominee, or, for that matter, anything else.

I don't see any thing wrong with Romney voting based on qualifications. I would have a problem if Romney opposed even considering an appointment in 2016 because it was an election year. That would be a clear politically motivated flip flop. But I don't have any evidence of that.
