That makes no sense..Before the ACA if you had a preexisting condition it didn't matter how cheap your policy was..you weren't gonna be covered. remember. You were paying for nothing. And its gonna be a return to that.
If you lost your policy, they weren't gonna pay out, you were essentially being scammed paying for possibly a discount plan. The law made it so they had to actually pay out, thus the increase in pricing.

If you were dropped and able to get another plan, then it worked as intended. under trumps plan once your dropped your screwed. Matter of fact even if they dont drop you, now your paying for nothing, but an overpriced discount plan again.

Dont get me wrong the ACA wasnt what we wanted either.. the goal is a Market friendly competitive driven Single payer system. Not socialized medicine.

    That's complete BS.

It's not "bad law", it's partisan crap from Republicans who want to make it so which is why they're trying to push Barret through to overturn it. Partisan hackery is ALL that it is!

That’s a lot of jabbering for something you know nothing about. The ACA made insurance unaffordable for many people. I know liberal math tells you otherwise, but for those of us who are self employed, we know better and we aren’t falling for your **** again.

I used to work in Insurance. Whats your experience?
What ever garbo plan you had before the ACA was just that if you lost it. If the ACA made it unaffordable, then you never really afforded it in the first place. Like I said you were paying for an overpriced discount plan. May as well had medishare.

Where did they all of a sudden get $3,000 to $6,000 dollars to pay the deductible?

    I dont understand the question.
Lets try this..first did you lose your plan, second were you able to get another one that perhaps cost more?
Why do you think that happend?

Deductibles come from the payout. You pay it off over time when you survive.
As opposed to getting a denial of benefits letter.

No you don't you have to pay the deductible first before the health insurance kicks in.

Wait are you trying to imply hospitals can deny you emergency services???

No he didnt. Your insurance company did. Obama made it so they had to payout.

No you dont. Obviously you have never filed a claim. and if you did and they charged you first..well you were scammed. It comes from the payout first then you recive the change. Its to prevent you from filing claims under the amount.

It will take away the plans of 186 million Americans who have their own plans. Only about 10 million Americans will test positive for Corona and very few will die or will be on Obamacare. Most will get treatment under their own plans. The present plan can be tweaked to cover those who need it. The worrisome part is those who want to cover undeserving illegals.

A deductible must be met prior to insurance paying for covered services. I think you misunderstood his meaning.

The maximum out of pocket expense with the lowest grade bronze ACA policy from what I can glean online is $7,000, can anyone verify or contradict this?? I do not use the ACA.
