What you either do not understand or are purposely ignoring is that even if that law does get ruled as unconstitutional the courts will not throw out millions of votes which have already occurred. The fact that an absentee ballot was not with unrestricted reasons does not make the ballot invalid. The voters who obtained the mail in ballots were following the law as was written and adopted by the states legislature so to disenfranchise millions of voters would be wrong and in itself unconstitutional.
If that law is rules incanstitutional now it will affect elections after that ruling not retroactively. It is like changing the law defining what is murder you cannot apply that retroactively.

Hate to have point this out but destroying the Democratic Party just sounds like a Trumpers wet dream.

If the law is unconstitutional then the votes aren't valid votes and shouldn't be counted. Maybe they should get mad at the Democrat Governor that should not have signed this bill. He should know better. We should ask him why he screwed up so bad like this.
