Also, Tommy Tuberville has now repeated confirmed that yes, Trump did indeed speak to him over Mike Lee's telephone and that yes, he did indeed tell Trump that Pence had been evacuated from the Capitol because of the danger posed by the Trump supporters, which means that yes, Trump knew damned well that Pence's life (and the lives of his family members) was in danger:

So, why little *****-boy Mike Lee decided to go all Hot-Pink-Diva-Drama-Llama on the world at this moment yesterday is still beyond me. Surely Mike Lee must have known that this would all come to light. How utterly stupid of him, and that is putting it charitably.

The long and short of this is that EVERY SINGLE WORD about this that Joaquin Castro spoke about this on the floor of the Senate as a House impeachment manager was absolutely accurate and should not have been stricken from the record.

Mike Lee lied, brazenly and boldy, right in front of his colleagues.

Shame on Mike Lee. He should be expelled from the US-Senate.

Political Hack Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, to baited breath from the fake news hordes opened a show criminal investigation into the phone call Trump made to another political hack, GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. Willis claimed that Trump’s pressuring of Raffensperger constitutes “solicitation of election fraud, the making of false statements to state and local governmental bodies, conspiracy, racketeering, violation of oath of office and any involvement in violence or threats related to the election’s administration.”

The "call itself does not establish such crimes." Another fact that the Fake News Propagandists consistently leave out is that the call was not backroom arm twisting but "a settlement discussion between the Trump team and the Georgia team" with "a variety of lawyers present."

Former prosecutor, and liar, Daniel Goldman, who tried to impeach Trump for constitutionally protected speech, tweeted out that the smoking gun was the line by Trump, “ ‘It’s gonna be costly to you.’ I’ve charged extortion in mob cases with similar language.” Only problem is that Goldman is lying again. What Trump actually said was: “It’s going to be very costly in many ways,” which is very different, and a very common point made in a settlement negotiation.

We have none of that in this call and no evidence that any such things took place. It's rather moronic for this clown to make claims on TV that will never stand up in a Court of law, but, we welcome this clown trying this crap in court so that we can watch the judge rub her nose in her own crap to teach her to quit crapping all over the floor of the People's Court.
