2. Ivanka Trump isn't charged with anything so there isn't any flipping going on lol
3. Weissenberg (Not Trump) is being charged with not paying taxes on company benefits which is a tax penalty of .05% capped at 25%. Not jail time or some made up federal felony.
4. The DA is charging Weissenberg with federal crimes that the IRS isn't. Its a hoax.
5. Trump isn't downplaying his tax cheating ability. He is downplaying the DAs charges against Weissenberg for not paying taxes on company benefits

3: That is one part of the charges, and there are likely to be additional indictments and charges as the investigation continues.
4: There is no hoax here. As for what the feds and the IRS will do, it remains to be seen.

Worst case scenario for not paying taxes on benefits is a fine and payment of taxes. Thats why the IRS isn't (and won't) be involved. But the left blows it up like they are steeling millions in tax revenue.
