Negotiations for over flights (not committed too) and Negotiations for basing (not committed too) for recommendations to support an ongoing Afghan Army (Since McKenzie doesn't make policy) is not a plan in place.
In fact, since the Taliban is now in control of Kabul and Afghanistan, and there is no Afghan army left, makes that a moot point. Doesn't it.

Nobody ON THE RIGHT expected Biden to leave 83 Billion dollars of military equipment in Afghanistan. Nobody on the right expected Biden to leave Americans that could NOT get to the airport because they were stopped from doing so by the Taliban.
