Instead of saying theyve had no reports of sexual assaults in restrooms, they should of said they wouldnt know if there were any such reports because they dont get such information reported to them. Would be like me claiming our county has no reports of sexual assault in the last week, when I would have no idea if they had or had not. The county doesnt inform me of such matters.

This afternoon a female student alleged that a male student sexually assaulted her in the restroom. The LCSO [Sheriff’s Office] is investigating the matter. Barts was the school board member that asked Ziegler if they had had any reports of sexual assaults in bathrooms. After he said no-

"Barts noted that Ziegler’s comment failed to reflect a 2018 locker room assault, which she pointed out involved all male players, thus highlighting that assaults can occur whether or not transgender students are present."

Making clear that she was asking about sexual assaults of any kind. Barts has resigned because she cant claim that she didnt understand her own question and neither can Ziegler because Barts immediately made clear she was asking about any sexual assaults.

 

But not only would I have the police and the courts deal out justice. I would sue the school and the school board for millions, especially if they have unisex bathrooms where that kind of crap is invited to happen.
