Well, the jury has spoken. Finding is fact. Kyle might be off to federal court, soon, for a trial on civil rights violations. There also might be civil lawsuits in his future for "wrongful death". He's not done yet.
He got away with self-defense despite Biden putting his thumb on the scales of justice without any facts. He got away with self-defense despite the prosecutor withholding video evidence and being forced to later turn over the exculpatory evidence. This case was not about race, so your race hustling is not well taken.
There are just some folks who are so wedded to their own version of tyranny that they cannot see outside of that rabbit hole. Like the prosecutor who suggested that sometimes, it's good for someone like Kyle to take a beating.. so does this poster also believe that their righteous sleaze cannot be challenged.
Per CNN, Mark Richards, defense attorney for Kyle Rittenhouse, received death threats on his office phone. After the 3rd one, he stopped answering the phone. That is the element in society that poses the true threat.
I think perhaps you're missing an element here. Rosenbaum was a convicted sex offender having raped multiple young boys. I assume Rosenbaum was likely enraged by the fact that an object of his lust would so publicly rebuke him.
all speculation, maybe they wouldn't have tried to flee, maybe they would've bashed his head in with the but of the gun the second he stepped up on him. Bottom line you are taught to first flee the conflict then stand your ground when that's not an option. Kyle did exactly what most self defense teachers would teach.
He's gonna make a LOT of money on those clowns who maligned him. He's going to have sponsors and all kinds of good stuff. He deserves a paycheck for putting up with a trial that never should have started based on the FBI footage.
There was already a pic in this thread of Rittenhouse being literally kicked in the head. That's a far cry from a f***ing bumper sticker. I get it though, it hurts you. Your ilk are on the losing side. Again. You'd think you would be used to it by now.
There was no video in the OJ case. In this case the video proves conclusively that Kyle was not the aggressor. He was running away from every one of those convicts that he shot. They chased him down and attacked. If they sue Kyle they'll receive nothing but a bill for Kyle's legal costs.
If he'd had been shot after the first shooting, I suspect that shooter would have walked away just as easily, probably without charges even being made...
Lets put it this way: If you are trained and comfortable fighting with your hands and legs then there would have been no need to kill him, but obviously Kyle was a scared kid and opted to open fire. Military veterans are well positioned to do what the AR15 guys did in Kenosha, but having 17 yr old kids with AR15s raises the classic question "what could possibly go wrong".
It absolutely was, the overwhelming majority of the split here is dem vs rep. ignoring this isn’t indicative of it not existing.
Maybe you should teach people you care about not to attack other people. Especially if they are armed.
LOL What could they do to you that you haven't already done to yourself.. you'd be more likely to get attacked by democrat felons for being an easy mark. Or do you want it for whem sane people are laughing at you and your sticker? AND you would bw more likely to shoot yourself that being shot by a sane person (rightist?)
False, you never know what your opponent is trained in and if they are clearly trying to kill you, as they were, using a gun is your best opportunity to survive.
Shimon Prokupecz, correspondent for CNN, just went emotional with his claim that the defense attorneys were personally attacking the prosecutors. Complete lunacy.
