No. Kyle Rittenhouse was responding in every case to attacks on his person. Should he have been there? I don't think so. None of the people who attacked him should have been there, either.

When the police are unable or unwilling to protect people and property, we end up with people taking action on their own.

    Correct on both points.
The law is on Kyle Rittenhouse's side. If folks don't like the law, they have to change it.

LOL, yeah, imagine that, in my America there's a good chance I could be sued for verbally exposing an anti-un American commie, socialist or baby killer. Oh how much we have progressed as a nation. So much unity and racial harmony under this biden administration, eh?

Should Kyle Rittenhouse sue for defamation?

Who? It, does, appear he's going to be sued for wrongful death.

If the shootings were not self defense then nothing is self defense. Com'on man, look at the complete videos. Yes Kyle should sue all who defamed him before and during his trial. It's time for everyone to start fighting back against the USA haters and liberal morons. The republican politicians won't fight back. The people have had enough. Fight Kyle fight.

He should sue many of them into outright bankruptcy. Since most "news" organizations aren't doing much real reporting and seem to only exist to spread a narrative, they don't make much money and have lost loads of viewership. A well placed lawsuit could tip them into a state where they no longer exist or are sold to an entity that wants them to do some actual news reporting again.

Theres a difference between freedom of the press and coordinated effort to destroy people and lie even when they know it’s lies. And in MSNBCs case, threaten and dox a jury.

You don’t think we’d have a better country without all the constant BS being pushed? On both sides. A news cycle based on facts and researched information instead of striving for as much engagement as possible? It’s horrible having to check everything any news organization states now.

    Tough call.

Probably if the media tries to say that Rittenhouse didn't even live in his State, his mom is an exectutive at fox news, he is a crisis actor, or was a communist from cuba who ripped up the constitution then he would have pretty good cause to sue the media.

We shall see how it plays out.

Would that mean freedom to knowingly falsify information about people?
We saw how that idea worked out with Sandman. Didn't we.

Kyle will sue, and become so rich he will never have to work a day in his life. Sadly, even money will not buy back his reputation

You mean with the left that does not respect the law, the judicial system, or America?

Nobody cares what leftist think about someones reputation. As far as genuine Americans are concerned, he was falsely accused by the left as a white supremist and a murderer who was attacked by a leftist Pedophile and a leftist Rapist who were burning, rioting, and looting American businesses.
And he decided to arm himself to rightfully protect property being burned by these criminals because a leftist Mayor refuses to allow our police to stop the riots.
Now they will no longer rape children, attack Americans, or burn their businesses.
Americans will thank him. I know I do.

Hopefully, more Americans will take up arms in cities where Leftist Mayors allow criminals to destroy their businesses. What happened in Kenosha last night when the jury found Rittenhouse not guilty?

Absolutely nothing. See how that works.

Yes. He should sue until he is richer than Sandmann
Fake News. He was pointing loaded gun, that he was unlawfully carrying at the grounded Kyle when young Kyle used the weapon that he was lawfully carrying to lawfully stop his felonious attack.

And the Left wonders why the Electorate is turning toward the GOP?

Sandmann made a statement regarding that saying that people are allowed personal opinions which Biden's remarks may fall under. But...I'd try regardless because let's go Brandon.

What they did was vigilantism, taking the law into their own hands. We cannot have people taking the law into their hands, deciding some person looks like he might be guilty, "now let's get him."

Biden was saying this about Kyle, while referring to him as a 17 year old. Was Kyle 18, when Biden was publicly maligning him? I'm only asking because a part of the reason Sandman prob got so much money, was because he was a minor at the time.

That would be interesting. I think it's more the demonization or misrepresenting the facts that will get Kyle some income.

I really wanna see him go after the media because **** do they need a lesson in reporting.

In answer to your Who question, I just posted the top 4 candidates for Kyle to sue. Let me know if you agree with those picks, and or if I missed others that should also be on that list.
