Insurance companies will raise the rates for industries that do not have built in testing/vaccination programs and now those industries will have to institute them themselves or pay through the nose if they don't test there.
Being ordered to do it was win-win for them, now the onus falls directly on them.

Certainly they "help" the bottom line for the manufacturers, but otherwise, considering all the empirical data from the last 12 months, they don't seem to help anybody else. I know 8 who've died from them and a handful of people harmed by the shots.

To me this was a confusing but conflicting, an enlightening ruling. Striking down the mandate for employees of large companies was sound, logical and the constitution was upheld. But keeping the healthcare mandate was nonsensical. What I got from that is that if facilities opt into medicaid and Medicare, then government overrides your rights as a business and overrides the rights of employees. Another reason to not have government run healthcare.
