Wonder if Jamarcus Purley will be charged with insurrection for this heinous attack upon the hallowed halls of Capitol Hill smoken his Blunt. Apparently this happened on Feb 8th 2022, but it's the first I've heard of this most recent act of insurrection. Dianne Feinstein sure can pick em :applause:

Here he is doing his little Insurrection Dance

Apparently Jamarcus Purley is not a fan of Dianne Feinstein, quoted as saying

… I hate this ****in country with every fiber of my existence so I’m really out here just staining the **** outta yall

so i took some shrooms yesterday and had a major discovery. i realized the funniest **** about the u.s. government is that i can just put on a suit and walk straight into the u.s. capitol and smoke a blunt in feinstein’s office even though i was fired 2 weeks ago and walk straight out that bitch because i went to stanford, oxford, and harvard and therein lies the problem

    Instagram

He claimed Feinstein helped “orchestrate” the “war on Ukraine” because “our office got so much ****in political pressure from raytheon, lockheed martin, etc. during her re-election campaign in 2018 based on her age.”

In his Instagram post, which contained his termination letter, Purley disputed the termination, saying:

.. we about to put this on repeat and protest the **** outta all 4 offices in California until dianne get the **** outta there asap

yall know exactly why this narcissist fired me. if yall really gave a **** quit your job and stop leaving this **** to black people

Did he try and stop a constitutional process from occurring? Did he try to deny the authority of the state through violence? If not I don’t see how it meets the definition of insurrection.

You people do know you have access to dictionaries, yes?

He should absolutely be arrested and charged however.

Absolutely he should be arrested and charged. We can't have people pointing out the politicians are bought and paid for scumbags whose allegiance is to their donors and not their voters. The government needs to send a message to the little people that their role is to listen and obey.

Isn't Feinstein mourning the loss of her long time husband right now?? He sounds like he should have been fired long ago.

Can you imagine the mountain of debt dude wracked up and this is the failure to eject that came from all of that wasted capital? I'm sure folks are going to start looking into where they can find their refund checks....

What it really says is that the security at the capitol is atrocious, and that access to pubic elected officials isn't being closely monitored.

And you would think after January the 6th the security would have been upgraded some.

What’s the difference between a Republican and a Ukrainian?

    A: Ukrainians protect their Capitol.

Are you saying only if the person engaged in violence did they engage in insurrection? Was this person trespassing and violating any other law? If so should he not receive the same treatment and sentence as the Jan 6 trespassers who did not even violate any other law.

I will post the legal definition for you, again.

    Per Blacks Law Dictionary
A rebellion, or rising of citizens or subjects in resistance to their government. See INSURGENT.Insurrection shall consist in any combined resistance to the lawful authority of the state, with intent to the denial thereof, when the same is manifested, or intended to be manifested, by acts of violence.

Are you seriously saying the seditious traitors only engaged in simple trespass, didn’t assault any officers and didn’t vandalize property — some with the intent to delay or stop certification of the US election?

You just described an accessory or perhaps an accomplice depending on your reading of the events.
