So any petition for a Presidential Pardon would have to follow the Office of the Pardon Attorney before it even makes it to Biden's calendar to discuss. If that happens, it would be at the end of his term, no sooner. That can be in 3 years or 7. Pick your poison so to speak.

 

Not seeing how any Biden is involved in that Native Americans got conned out of $60 million.

That may be, but the first step is that his application must get through the Office of the Pardon Attorney, something Trump never relied on. If Trump liked you, he pardoned you, including several convicted military war ciminals I might add.

Based on what we know about Biden. He’s corrupt and his son is corrupt and Joe will do what it takes to protect him.

Contrarty to conservative thinking, Chelsea Manning was not pardoned but commutted. Bush commutted two Border Patrol Agents in their murder of a mexican national by firing over international bounderies, covering up the fact of their involvement, and even lied to investigators. But with Trump, he did not use the Office of the Pardon Attorney. All you had to do is pay Trump, indirectly, and you have a good chance of a pardon.
