    Well, one more problem for Putin. Crimea can’t easily get to Ukraine to buff up Russia. And the Russia bear is looking like it’s teeth have fallen out! It couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
    I’m 75% sure Ukraine did it, but you never know. With small to zero loss of life, it may have been the US.

    I’m not so sure about rail due to weight, inertia, and vibration. We are talking like 12,000 TONS ON A 100 car system. So if you take the length of the bridge and calculate the load based on the average of 65 ft long.
    Would a Russian bridge inspector cave to pressure and sign off on it’s integrity? Probably beats weeding a beet field with a dinner fork…
