This is true but the current "regime" in charge right now seems to ignore things like The Constitution and their sworn oath to the office and to the country. For Biden, it was merely a statement he made to get the into office so he could carry out his mission of open borders and destruction of the energy sector.

Your personal opinion is certainly not an expert-- or even a competent-- legal opinion. You are, of course, entitled to think whatever you wish, whether it is accurate, or wrong. But it would have been nice, since you chose to make a thread about this, had you included more news about the ruling-- as this one judge's opinion, will surely not be the end of the matter.

Is the Biden Administration not appealing the decision? Including such details, would make your thread both more informative, and a more worthwhile topic for debate. If all you want to do, however, is have a safe place to say that Biden has lost something, after what seems the most successful midterm election in 60 years, I suppose I can understand, and will just leave you to your little pity party.
