So those four are just faking being killed till he pleads guilty?
The LEO seem to know and have proof he did the killing. There is that.

Innocent until proven guilty, whether you like it or not. He hasn't even had his day in court yet. Of course some of you wish the opposite was the case....

As a side note, I find it interesting how the media barely even mentions the guy and his girlfriend that were killed, and instead focus on the two blonde "friends" that are hanging all over each other in every picture.....

How typical to make the story about knife vs gun........it tends to say you are not even interested in discussing the incident itself. And sure enough, no one is discussing it.

You: The killer used a knife.......YES!!!!!

He killed two perceived lesbians is why you think he is innocent until proven guilty? What kind of twisted logic is that?

No, but thank you for attempting to put words in my mouth. It was a simple observation. A man and his girlfriend were also victims, yet they hardly get any mention whatsoever....

Just trying to understand conservative "logic". It so often differs from verified, recorded at the time, reality, i.e., Fox News, etc.

Bryan Kohberger stalked Idaho victims before murders, wore gloves in grocery store weeks afterward: report (msn.com)

A ton of details; cops can't be too happy about the leak.

The criminology student accused of slaying four University of Idaho students had stalked his alleged victims before the November murders and wore gloves in a supermarket weeks afterwards, according to a new report..

...“He’s not stupid and has been very careful,” said the source, who claimed to be “good friends” with one of the cops who had surveilled the murder suspect in the days before his arrest...

...Despite reportedly wearing gloves while shopping and adopting a business-as-usual routine in the classroom, Kohberger’s “arrogance” may have created a DNA trail that led police to the suspect, experts believed...

...“It shows you the arrogance of people like him, where he thinks he’s smarter than the cops because he read something in a book,” Giacalone reportedly said. “At the end of the day, experience trumps academics every day of the week and twice on Sunday.”...

Disinformation. You are allowed to carry a knife if you have good reason to. So for example, a tradesman can carry a knife for work, I often go shopping with that type of knife clipped to my trouser pocket.

Here's the actual law to clear up the disinformation -

Some unconvincing hair splitting. For the vast majority of Brits, it's illegal. From your link:

    Banned knives and weapons
If a knife or weapon is listed in the following table, it’s illegal to:
    • possess it
    • bring it into the UK
    • sell or hire it out
    • lend or give it to someone
The table of forbidden implements is ridiculous. I think The Sceptered Isle regards his subjects to be kindergarteners. This may be the best 10 bucks I've ever spent. The spring-assisted opening mechanism is amazing. Bought it a few years ago & use it daily. Mostly for opening mail & packaging (I confess: I'm a serial package slasher), but it came in handy on a fishing trip not too long ago. I stabbed a dog that attacked a neighbor's kid one 4th of July. It's never let me down, and would expose me to a "... maximum penalty for an adult carrying a knife or weapon illegally is either 4 years in prison, an unlimited fine or both..." in GB. If any of you coddled Brits find yourselves in my neck of the woods, you'd best steer clear - according to His Majesty, I'm dangerous. Dangerously dangerous.

So in your 'World' Biden deliberately ordered the cessation of baby formula sales in the US, is responsible for the flow of illicit drugs across the US border (even though that process has been underway for generations under multiple Presidencies both Democrat and Republican) and control's the weather (would Americans be any warmer if he had stayed home BTW).

The man must be some kind genius!

One question though. The optics of his being away during the blizzards (admittedly not good) would his presence have altered the US's emergency response to the situation at either the State or Federal Level? Perhaps you expected him to show up at your door holding a cup of hot tea and an extra blanky?

There were apparently all very drunk and came home after 2a.m. from the bar. I imagine the reason they were targeted because they were very drunk and so easy targets.

The FDA, under the control of Biden, ordered the cessation of baby formula at the country's largest formula production facility. Nothing was done to ensure that formula would be made available from other sources. So babies went hungry. It was HIS FDA. HE was responsible. Remember Truman's famous "The Buck End Here" sign on he Presidential desk/ Well, nothing has changed.

There has NEVER been a flow of fentanyl across the the border in our history like there was over Biden's open borders last year. That fentanyl killed 100,000 Americans. Nothing like that has ever happened before. And it looks like candy to attract kids.

Biden stays away from the border with a passion. The result is chaos. Would Biden's presence in the region where fifty Americans froze to death have made a difference? A few words from him and federal assistance would have flowed like water. But he was in his trunks in the Virgin islands. I didn't need him at MY door... I'm in the south on the Texas coast. But those who died in upstate New York and nearby regions sure could have used a visit from Biden with some task force folks from FEMA and maybe the military.

Or just deep in REM sleep. I'm reminded of Ted Bundy's rampage thru that sorority house in Florida. He bludgeoned 4 girls that night with a big hefty tree branch and raped 2 of them, & nobody heard a thing.

If we took your c̶h̶e̶r̶r̶y̶ ̶p̶i̶c̶k̶e̶d̶ selective part of the law, you are correct. But if you read the law in full, your original post to say, "Carrying a knife has been a crime in Britain forever" , is disinformation.

You made a claim that it's always been a crime, now you've slightly backtracked to, "Splitting hairs", so how about mentioning that if it's a Swiss army knife where the blade doesn't lock and it's less than 3 inches...... would you like to back track even further!!

So simply put, if you carry a knife that meets the specification of the law for good reason and not in a threatening manner, you can do so legally, irrelevant of your social status. That's what I am clarifying because there's so much disinformation on American forums, especially when it's comes to knowledge on the UK. I can only assume it's either lack of knowledge by the relevant American, or it's for macho/ego reasons, or it's to flamebait, or due to immaturity, or they're simply just thick. It's anyone's guess.

@InWalkedBud , could you inform the world on how someone in the UK (mainly Scotland) would carry a Sgian Dubh, because it's always been a crime in Britain forever.

Google tells me knives like the one that I & millions of Americans carry every day were banned in Britain by The Criminal Justice Act of 1988. So I capitulate to your unassailable & self-righteous indignation over my dastardly use of the deceitful & fraudulent word "forever." Are you familiar with the term "figure of speech?" If I tell you it rained cats and dogs the other day, will you be witless enough take that literally as well?

    Ye gods.

I am not sure about Great Britain, but recently I flew to Maine to hike there 100 Miles Wildness Appalachian Trail. I usually I take a knife on my hiking trips, because sometimes you need to cut a rope or a branch. Because I had a knife, I was forced to put my backpack with the knife as a luggage - about $40 additional to the ticket.
