First of all none of us know what charges Bragg is seeking an indictment on so any statements about them is mere speculation.
Secondly, IF the charges are the ones for falsifying business records then I have to agree that they are damn weak and that this is not the case that should be at the forefront.

Now the charges coming from the NY state AG (civil, no jail time for Trump), Georgia (serious jail time for Trump) and Federal (more jail time for Trump) are things that need to be prosecuted.

The charge for falsifying documents is LONG past the statute of limitations why should he be prosecuted at all for that? And it's just a misdemeanor. And in order to do so he Bragg will have to prove he violated a federal law under this novel new legal theory being proposed.

What other possible charges does Bragg have?

Charges coming from those other cases? Like all the charges for the past seven years that were supposed to coming? Like this case that was supposed to be the "we really got him now, we aren't kidding this time, just you wait and see"?
