    This is all due to sheer stupidity, on Trump's part. The "hush money" payment, itself, was perfectly legal. The illegal part-- and NBC's sources are saying there are about 30 counts, in the indictment-- is only falsifying records, both as far as election expenditures, and business records. Why would we want a President who doesn't understand, the smart thing to do is to keep to yourself, any hush-money payoffs?

    What's funny about these totalitarians, authoritarians and neofascists (yes, AOC, I'm referring to you when I say neofascist) you describe in your post is they have no clue what totalitarianism, authoritarianism or neofascism means...For one, they think anyone who doesn't act or think like them is authoritarian, totalitarian or neofascist.:roflol: I mean, just like a little kid...Cussing and using all sorts of foul language (a parody for the misuse of the terms totalitarianism, authoritarianism and neofascism) 'cause they know those words are bad words and (Trump is bad).:roll:

    Nothing in it prevents an indictment and conviction. But I'm referring to the only disqualification being that pertaining to insurrection/sedition.

    Hmm... so persecuting the guy to make him pay for the court costs, etc to get them "dismissed" isn't also an abuse, if you know they will be dismissed before you brought them? Are you suggesting the Bragg should have known better and not tried to bring such an obviously political persecution to the grand jury knowing this? It seems an open and shut case for prosecutorial misconduct then. no?

    Bragg wavered in the indictment proceedings of Trump to the point of two prosecutors leaving the prosecution 'cause they wanted to get Trump. . What changed Braggs' and the grand jury's minds? I wanna know who or what forced the indictment. Was it Soros money? Was it anti-Russian money? Was it general political elite money? What?

    I think the prominent insurrection taking place in the NY District Attorney office. First, for not prosecuting all crimes as legislated by NY state legislators and second, the prosecution of Trump.
