    From what I've seen, it would not surprise me (in the least) if most (maybe even all) of the charges against Trump are dropped.
    There are some very tricky legal issues involving jurisdiction (and interpretation of a murky phrase in the NY Criminal Code).

    We know about the sealed indictment because the indictment was issued but we don't know what it charges, the very definition of a sealed indictment.




    The only thing I can infer from that is that you think the documents found at Mar-a-Lago don't really exist or were planted. That is not even worthy of a repsonse.



    Exculpatory evidence: is evidence, such as a statement, tending to excuse, justify, or absolve the alleged fault or guilt of a defendant.

    Showing the defendant walking around in no way "excuses, justifies or absolves" them of the crime for which they were convicted.

    That would be like claiming that a video of Ted Bundy playing with puppies of the victim after killing her would be exculpatory evidence in his murder trial.

    Claiming "you can figure it out" is a FAR cry from actually knowing what it is about.

    I have looked. I've found absolutely nothing to suggest that Alvin Bragg campaigned on prosecuting the Orange Dingleberry. It's bullshit.

    Yes, during an interview he said that he would continue taking on one of the cases that he inherited. We've already covered that a half dozen times now. No, that's not the same thing as "campaigning on taking down Trump." Hell, he slowed down that same investigation. Think.
