No other person in America would so blatantly attempt to unfairly influence a Presidential election.

Hillary??!! Your posts have easily devolved into jumping all over the place when you don't have a cogent counter. There is help for that AFAIK.

    We misunderstand each other.

I don't give a damn if Trump cheats on his wife.

What I do care about is that he is seen by MAGA's as a virtuous man, respectful of women and honest.

A man who claims the Bible is his favorite book.

It's called hypocrisy and conservatives have been swimming in it for decades.

They who claim to be the guardians of moral values in the US.

    And that's what I'm denouncing.

    Is that clearer?

This is where your post begins to go off the rails. You are not speaking to your conservative think tank, at the moment, so you will need to be a little more specific than "the liberal/Dem mental problem," for anyone to know what you are talking about (since your quality of "thinking" didn't allow you to realize this).

Here, you apparently just had difficulty understanding English. I clearly said that I was against this prosecution. The "measure" that I had used, which you do not consider "legitimate," is the law. I had cited the statute of limitations (which is part of the law) having run out. Did you somehow not follow that-- or had you meant to say that you don't consider law to be a legitimate measure, but just "garbage?"

Again, it is clear you need to reread my reply, as you did not understand it, if you think it supports "a vendetta." You understood, when I said that I would quote myself, the quote box that followed was that quote, and so was part of my reply to you? Because that quote, set the law as the desirable polestar.

Your paragraph, then, reads as utter gibberish, unless one considers that you had written it, believing that I already held the same view as you stated in the earlier part of your reply: that supposedly everyone in business violates these laws on a regular basis (most especially politicians).
    * IOW, you were proving what I had characterized as your way of approaching an "argument"-- by even going beyond, assuming that your opinions should be accepted by all as fact, without supporting evidence.

*Below, see the first half of your reply, showing your base assumption, about the ubiquity of these violations, which is still something-- since you offered nothing but your word that your supposedly knowledgeable (and honest) associates, say it is so-- I do not accept as fact. While it is not conclusive evidence, logic would suggest that if this were such a common occurrence as you present it, there would not be laws, allowing for a year of imprisonment, for their violation.

As would any reasonable debater, I will ask you for quotes & links, from these "legal experts," you cite, maintaining (you say) that "falsifying business records" is generally ignored, in the law, because it is common enough to be called standard practice.

Lastly, I'll point out that it is not my own saying that the statute of limitations should have prevented prosecution, which is demonstrative of a "vendetta;" rather, it is your own asserting that the chances are that every Democratic politician has broken equivalent business record regulations, and so that they should "all be prosecuted."

Unfortunately, the cure was worse than the disease. Ronald Reagan channeled conservatives' upset in the 1980s and didn't make people jumpy the way Trump does.
He furthered politicization of the Court. Not a good idea, I'm afraid. The Court is now very much out-of-step with public opinion. Two-thirds of Americans think abortion should be legal at all stages of a pregnancy. Same-sex marriage enjoys widespread public support.
He taught them how they'll lose if they go too far.
Republicans are going to elect Democrats if they keep it up.

I suppose, but only clear that you misunderstand greatly the opinions of those who you think support Trump. Trump is a flawed man. No one I know thinks he's the example of what is and is not moral. For the longest time, he was a Democrat, and has only recently become a Republican when in his view... the Democrat party shifted too radically to the left. This is the same for me... for many years I was a Democrat, and even moved to Florida as a Democrat. By and large... my views haven't changed... it's the liberalization of the Republican party that's made it a bit more palatable (by Trump, incidentally), and the radicalization to the far left of the Democrat party that left me behind.

People support Trump, not because they want a father figure (like many Democrats wanted with Obama), but because they wanted the Chaos-Solution. They wanted someone who would come in, and tear the place apart... specifically.

Government, for politicians, has become a place for those who get elected, to benefit financially and for themselves, all while at the expense of the taxpayer, and not actually solving problems ... because if we solved problems, then what would they do?

Love or hate Trump, he came in and made people realize that governing is not as hard as it seems... that the problems we all want solved (mass illegal immigration, trade deficits, constant wars, etc.) are not hard problems to solve... that specifically... the politicians don't WANT them solved.

That's why we like Trump. Not because we want to date him, or want him to officiate our weddings. I could care less what Trump does with the Bible.

You ask for some supporting documentation- and strangely enough, you are it. Anything we do is built on basic principles- a foundation of values.
This is something I've taught for over 40 years; it has to do with learning HOW to think, so that your mental process maintains focus and a higher level of efficiency in understanding and addressing the numerous challenges we all face- just one of which is political conflict.

The foundation of such capacity are certain principles. Not at all complicated, I have it all on the back of my business card. These aren't man-made values, and they don't dictate what you must do or think- they just state how things work. Not more complicated than saying gravity pulls all things toward the center of the earth. Knowing that, you understand why water flows downhill. With a little greater examination, you know why some things float, how airplanes fly and a thousand other things. Hundreds of variables. IF a variably you think of is soundly based on it's principle- it usually works. If it's not accurately based, it fails. May take some time to convince you that your view is faulty of course, we have all kinds of people who will double down over and over on a bad position rather than accept they are wrong.

Math for example. What we call "Pi" is a natural factor. We usually abbreviate it's endless extensions to 3.14 for practicality. Basically if you are calculating anything where Pi if the key principle, and you basic math is done correctly- you have a correct answer. Thousands of variables, you can change any number- except Pi. IF you alter Pi, every answer is wrong. We recently had a liberal teacher ask her school board to alter Pi to an even 3, so more of her student might pass tests...

This is the left today. The democrats, the liberals, the progressives- all thinking they have a better idea that over-rides the principles of successful human cognition and understanding.
I don't know how this loss of fundamental comprehension happened, but it's obvious it has, and the people sucked into it just keep doubling down on it. They have what might be called a ruler, calibrated to their particular interpretation- and they measure everything else with it, find themselves in conflict and error over and over- and refuse to consider their ruler, the principles their variables of beliefs are based in- are just ideas that sound good to them at the moment. Solve their personal issues by demanding the rest of the world buy into their theory. To them- Pi should be 1 or 10. 3 is still too much complication to figure with,

That's how you argue. The quotes from "legal experts" would also be measured with your chosen ruler- and those views that didn't agree with you would be discredited, on the basis they didn't work according to that ruler.

The real test of anything is- Does it work in the long run; it is sustainable and beneficial?

Vendetta politics does not. irregularity in the justice system does not. Getting somebody else to pay your bills does not. Blaming others for your own emotional stress or instability does not. Raising kids without solid role models does not. Having a government that ignores it's own rules does not. All the crap going on today- comes from these forms of conduct.

So- these people aren't building anything, improving anything, not supporting justice, not making the nation stronger- they're gaming the system for the purpose of gaining power over everything.
They can only do that if there is a large enough segment of the public who lacks the fundamental principles and character to deny them that.

Now I realize that you probably won't understand a word of this- but that is YOUR problem. This is the state of conditions that exist right now. You have to decide if you deserve to live in a nation that has no valid principles, or one that is based on and dedicated to valid principles. Takes character, strength and courage to do the right thing- any jackass can take the shortcut and ignore the big picture.

I'm sorry but I don't understand why you justify liking Trump now.

    It's too late for that.

In 2016, Liberals didn't understand what you saw in him and frankly, you laughed at us about it.

But today, this fascist is going to go down slowly and bring all the MAGA's with him.

    You reap what you sow.

You would have to know what he is being charged with.

So far, the indictment is sealed.

I don’t know if she was expecting more or if she’s implying there’s nothing there. She’s supposed to call me today or tomorow and didn’t call today.

You think mine are projections 'cause you think authoritarianism, fascism and communism, for examples, mean the opposite of what they actually mean. Educate yourself. Totalitarianism, fascism, and authoritarianism are libertarian terms and you're the opposite of libertarian, so, you wouldn't know their meaning.

Here's a hint: Authoritarianism, totalitarianism and communism, for examples, don't mean someone who doesn't think like me...The one who demands everyone thinks like them is the fascist, is the communist and is the authoritarian if in gov't (like Biden, for example).
