    Nothing can be done. This is not a US citizen who would face the death penalty for murder in Texas. As a foreign national, the USA is responsible for the life and safety of this person. Deportation is the toughest punishment possible.

    This administration is empowered to lie by a media that protects them. There's zero consequences to their lies. They are not held accountable by the media in any way. She should've been called out by the every reporter in the room immediately.

    They can-there was a famous case of two german brothers who got the DP in Arizona. One decided to "protest" it by choosing the most painful form of execution the US has ever used legally, rather than lethal injection.

    How about this administrations policy of 'ignore the border as much as possible'?

    It's not necessarily a written policy, it's a lack of action and effort to keep out border secure.

    I don't expect you to understand what it's like to have to worry about a land border. Probably makes it easier for you to defend biden.
