This was a pandemic that largely affected the elderly, and nothing was done to protect them. NY was literally packing the homes with Covid patients. If Trump's response was so bad, why did so many more die under Biden with a less lethal variant, AND A VACCINE.

I agree and will say this goes both ways, if companies go far right and tailor marketing to far right, it will turn off a portion of the population that could be customers. Well, business certainly needs to "read the room". And that's something they should already understand.

 

Agreed. I have seen everything in business based on what I used to do. I am more of an analyst and can see the numbers in that business. The one conclusion I can come up with is business owners know how to do one thing, to sell or produce what they are selling/making. Everything else, they do the best they can. Some use other businesses to help manage hiring, payroll, etc. and there are sophisticated software from which a business can be analyzed.

You are advocating your myopic alternative world fantasy. 99% of the small business owners I know and have interacted with professionally would disagree with you wholeheartedly in what you are saying. But the reality is those investors look at everything, and politics is not even on the radar. When it comes to Disney and any other publicly traded corporaiton, the major investors control the board, who controls the strategic direction of the corporation. And that is the reality. So, they were the ones who agreed in the beginning with certain directions. Now that did not work out, and sometimes it does not, then they will change. But it has nothing to do with "woke" or whatever you are discussing.

All you are doing is some kind of "stolen valor" when it comes to business because most business operators, some 99% don't react that way or think the way they do, and most of them are conservative economically, and somewhat liberal socially with most of them being Christian. to me, you are just another Kenneth Copeland or male version of Elizabeth Holmes.

The other thing, you are only a legend in your own mind here Blues. You are free to disagree with me just as I am free to disagree with you. But generally speaking, you don't know what you are talking about when it comes to certain taxation. I can almost guarantee your personal tax return is probably some 10 pages long. That is not complicated. YOu don't deal with subpart F income, international taxation and tax treaties, certain disclosure statements, and so forth. So, don't give me that deal. I have had plenty of experience that goes beyond using a tax software or professionals who are only there to fill out your tax returns and keep you happy. There is an art and science in doing that, and you are no different. But in the end, I can assure you that they laugh behind your back with your statements and opinions.

But, much to the chagrin of binary thinkers, this is not binary. Unmasked, unvaccinated obese people who refuse to keep social distancing have a higher likelihood of dying of Covid than fit vaccinated people who follow the scientific guidelines. If you want a general rule, the conclusion would appear to show that MAGAs have a higher death rate from Covid than normal Americans.

However your original false claim has been debunked and you are now running away from it.
