There is a difference between a DOJ subpoena and a Congressional subpoena. And you guys have said Congressional subpoenas don't matter. And, again, there was no evidence of intent with her. And, no, any literate person can easily understand that this is not "the very same exact thing." There have been several republican administration officials who have used private servers, including Trump's daughter and stepson and other members of his staff. None were ever convicted for it. You don't actually give a damn about any of this.

I hope I wouldn’t be so swept up in to buy a partisan politics that I wouldn’t know an authoritarian threat to democracy when I see one. Trump is the authoritarian threat and not holding him accountable in normalizing the threats to Democracy that he imposed in normalizing his party is the danger to this country.

I don't watch or stream, much news. I tend to read a lot of different sources focusing on outlets that are, for the most part, unbiased. My opinions are, mostly, my own; and offshoot of a life devoted to study and ... age. Which says something, most people my age are in tRaitor tRumps pocket.

 

All you have is a platitude while I have the reality that the same people who are prosecuting Trump turned a blind eye to Hillary deleting 30,000 subpoenaed emails and destroying devices that were also subpoenaed.

43 GOP senators voted to NOT convict DJT on his 2nd impeachment, despite overwhelming evidence he was guilty. They claimed it was not their duty to remove a sitting POTUS - that was the job of the American electorate. The American people subsequently did their jobs. Had those senators done their jobs then, we wouldn't be facing this situation today.
