Wow, the intrigue is thick! I find the reporter's "conspiracy" theory to seem credible-- namely, that Prygozhyn might be acting in coordination with Putin. With all the military leaders that Putin has removed, and still the war is going so poorly, this might be Putin's best "off ramp," to be able to blame the whole thing on military leaders misinforming him. While I realize that my wishful thinking is a contributor here, this might be Putler's way of extracting himself from this disastrous conflict, and sueing for a negotiated solution with Ukraine.

Then again, the alternative might be even better for Ukraine (and worse for Putin): if Putin is not orchestrating all of this chaos. My bet, though, would be that he is.

USA does not value human life at all, let alone non whites. When USA blows up a civilian complex in Africa, killing hundreds of civilians, this is not seen as terrorism by western MSM or politicians.
