    We didn't steal their land in the first place. They lost it in war. They were conquered and they lost their lands as a result. Simple as that.

    we made deals with them, then took the land we agreed they could have - that is stealing

    are we good to our word, we said they could keep the land, these treaties were our word, simple as that

    The treaty of Fort Laramie of 1868, was eventually fully broken less than 10 years later due to the Black Hills gold rush. It led to the death of George Custer, very ironically depicted as some kind of all American hero in media I was exposed to as a child.
    Not only did the European settlers conquer the native peoples, infect them with disease, slaughter them, stick them on barren land, but didn’t keep their word after signing a treaty.
    The only thing the ‘god fearing’ (sic) European diaspora had going for them were superior weaponry, and a violent and evil intent to have everything.
    Maybe being that way is what Trump means by making America great again.
