Of course not, the 9th amendment makes this clear. That's why we have the right to own firearms.

California has long been known as the land of fruits and nuts. That used to be a compliment to its agriculture, now it's a reference to the mental state of its leaders.

"Arms" which is a broader term that encompasses guns.

As soon as you find the part of the constitution that allows congress to make a law banning guns.

Congress can’t make a law banning guns.

Nor do you have to pay a tax to bear arms. Grab a stick in the yard.

"The rights of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed"

Is that not clear for you?

And how is that in comparison to the 1st?

Google the definition of armaments. That is not a stick.

It says arms and that means weapons. A tax isn’t an infringement, they’ve been subjected to sales tax for decades.

Ok. So then you would have no issues with a mandatory registration with cost for voting?

Already require it to register, but no I don’t think ID to vote is a big deal either.

    Nope.

    Not required:

Two forms of identification with at
    least one showing your current
    residence address are needed when
    you register in-person.

If you register by mail, sufficient proof of identity is
    required by submission of your
    driver's license number or
State identification card number. If you do
not have either of those, verification by
the last 4 digits of your social security
number, a copy of a current and valid
photo identification, or a copy of a
    current utility bill, bank statement,
    paycheck, government check, or other
    government document that shows
your name and address will be
    required. A person may also
    demonstrate sufficient proof of
    identity by submission of an
identification card issued by a college
or university accompanied by either a
copy of the applicant's contract or
lease for a residence or any
    postmarked mail delivered to the
    applicant at their current residence
    address.

They are not exclusive for voting amd available for free. How about giving out free guns and ammo since you seem to believe that if there is a cost to exercise a right you are prohibited from exerising it.
